If she has managed to cause herself serious harm during the trial, with a host of security available then I’ll be very surprised. I think she’s gone for an assessment via a section 35 personally.

What is Section 35 of the Mental Health Act?

Wed 24th:
No evidence to be heard in trial today

Good morning.

The court has confirmed the trial will not be taking place today and has been adjourned until 10.30am tomorrow.

Staff have not been able to formally say what the issue is at this stage.

Wasn't there a case of a woman reporting her ex husband for stalking and she was threatened with prosecution for being a nuisance and then he killed her? But 'Lessons will be learned'.
Yes I remember that. Can't remember the lady's name. Lessons will be learned, until the next one

No trial today. No reason has been given. Hmmm.... I wonder what's happened.

Always the same "lessons will be learned." Such a cop out.

Yes there was a camp bed, there were also at times spare beds.

Yes, very good point. On the nights that her children were away, why didn’t they let him go to his grandparents/uncles for those nights? Presuming this was because they didn’t want Arthur to tell them how he was being ‘disciplined’ (abused)

Exactly! Could have had the peace and quiet ET wanted that way. But then lockdown restrictions may have been another reason why that didn’t happen.

I wonder what the delay is.

She can’t have attempted suicide can she?
She said was present in court on Monday when the judge adjourned the trial saying they were sending her to hospital

I wonder how long was Arthur to sleep in this "camp" bed in the other boy's room (before he was sent downstairs to the floor)?
Such a bed is for an odd night, not for months.
They didnt prepare anything for him in advance of moving to this house.
Not normal comfy bed, not his personal space.
He was treated as an unwanted obstacle from the very first day.

From the trial reports they didn't plan on moving in, they were visiting ET when UK lockdown was announced and stayed put

Sure, but 3 months he spent there was enough time to organise something?
