IF Claudia was abducted with fresh coloured hair, hair dye not rinsed yet, then the perp must have had traces of hair dye perhaps on his hands, sleeves, pants legs. It would be interesting to ask different people, whether they noticed something re stains, striae. Possibly the perp didn't try to clean this on time/wasn't successful.

I have zoomed in on the toilet seat lid, and very small brown specks are visible on the right hand side, which look to me like hair dye??? Could this have happened during application??

I see what you mean pipsqueak. Do you also think its weird how such a neat, tidy housekeeper as she was alleged to be, would just leave these rather than try get them before they stain?

You can see the edge of the toilet seat where the gloves etc should hang down if all was left in place for photos. I know they could have moved them after the dye pic and before the dye tray pic just something niggly about the way its all neatly laid out.

Maybe the release of the hair dye pictures are more about sending a message or the police trying to goad a response?

Could have had covert ops watching prime suspect(s) when they released them. I know the police here have used similar tactics in the past.

Not unless you believe as I do, that he had the bag walking up the street and didn't collect it. If you look very carefully you can see the bulge of the bag as he comes into view at the corner, to walk up the street.

What if the bag he was carrying was used to remove items from the house like hair straighteners and chef's whites for 'some' reason.
OR what if it was Claudia's rucksack he was removing, with said items inside???
OR how big was her rucksack? It could have been inside another bag, concealed and this is what he collects.
I think the guy looks shifty, he is definitely hanging back so as not to be seen, is this because he is removing evidence from her house???

The first one shows Claudia leaving the University and she has the rucksack on her back....the video is quite short but if you look carefully you can get an idea of the size of her bag.

The second video clip shows Claudia posting the letter on her way home and ........it may just be the way the light is on the clip..... but it looks to me that her hair is quite blonde in that clip.

I agree - which now leads me to think that Claudia had already coloured her hair - maybe a few days earlier - and the stuff we see in the police pictures has been * set out * for the cameras and is not the way things were found in Claudia's home.

I read somewhere that Claudia did not like her hair 'too blonde' and so if it was lighter than she liked she may have dyed it darker, more of a chestnut brown, when she got back that afternoon, OR evening which explains the dark splatters on the toilet lid.

It's hard to tell in the video's, I wouldn't say it looked blonde, but it didn't look dark brown either, but it did look like it could possibly be mid brown or brown with highlights...(MOO)

Don't forget what's in the background on the cctv, minds may be jogged by there being a certain car in the car park or a certain group of people she passed on her route. It just takes one person to see something and phone it in.

Thank you for that link! Not known to me and interesting. I haven't read yet, because there is much info and I would have to search the new details. The man with backpack should be the man, who we called the "surprise visitor" in the week before Claudia vanished, so on Monday or Tuesday. One slowly driving woman, passing Claudia's address, saw him on his phone and searching the right house, before Claudia opened her door, also on her phone. She was not very pleased to see him there in front of her door, but then let him in. - Now you remember?

I believe, this man maybe crucial to the clarifying. Perhaps he triggered all subsequent events.
