She was his shiny white princess: he was her tragic damaged antihero. Star cross lovers. Persecuted by her evil classist family - too racist to accept her black (rap*ist) man. Endlessly prosecuted by the state. Their babies stolen when they refused to bow down to the fascist social services insisting they... idk, not live in a piss tent with a newborn when they got house-money on tap.

All they wanted was to raise their family, free of government control!! The fact the first baby they had unsupervised didn't make it a month isn't proof of anything!

So really it's all the governments fault. They are the real victims. Behold their tragic love story.

She has also asked for a move off the unit so she is away from child killers like Letby and Batool.
She thinks her crime is much less serious than theirs and views them as killers - although that's exactly what she is.

"It has been explained to her that she is in the same category as them, and would be in much more danger on a different unit.

"The severity of her crime and her sentence does not seem to have sunk in and she is a bit deluded.

Nothing short of what I expect

I'm shocked she's not DEMANDING to do her time in a hotel, with her good for nothing boyfriend in the same room.

As ever, the only ‘loyalty’ on show from Marten was firmly directed towards her partner – and partner-in-crime – 51-year-old Mark Gordon.

Throughout the hearing she repeatedly tried to communicate with him in the dock, whispering and passing notes, much to the annoyance of security guards and the judge.

But there was not even a glance for her mother.

She cut her dead, resolutely refusing to return the looks the 66-year-old directed at her, much as she had done throughout her first trial, which Mrs de Selliers also attended.

Sources said that at one point during this week’s hearing Marten requested her mother leave the court. Having attended Monday’s morning session, Mrs de Selliers was noticeably absent after lunch when the judge handed down his sentence.

Her parents hope that, now she is separated from Gordon, her feelings towards them may change. Last month, The Mail on Sunday revealed that she had been banned from calling her partner or sending letters to him at HMP Belmarsh.

Off topic, apparently MG is not the only one with mayonnaise demands..
Sep 22, 2025
“This afternoon, we suffered an attack in which a ‘customer’ who was passing through our cafe asked us for a couple of packets of mayonnaise for his sandwich,” the establishment wrote in Spanish.

The man quietly left after employees told him they did not have any mayo.

According to owner Jose Antonio Caballero, the man popped into a petrol station 20 metres away, filled a bottle with petrol, and returned to the cafe, demanding condiments again. When told “no mayonnaise, no ketchup” a second time, he doused the counter and set it ablaze.''
