That guy gave both SP and NU exact details of the vehicle. It's unforgivableI if it has not been checked out. Nr Thetford was also the rave location on the Saturday and another sighting was at Brandon (also near Thetford).
Also the reg is a brand new car (66 = 1 Sep 2016 and I remember it being mentioned the taxi driver was new but I don't have a link for that, only the evidence of the 66 reg number)
It was a young father from Mildenhall, Chris Ingram and no, they never found the person responsible for selling the drugs.Someone from Bury St Edmunds died after taking drugs at that rave, not sure if anyone was ever charged in relation to that.
That's right Miss French, but has the area been searched? To my knowledge there are dogging sites near BM. And I also think Corrie dropped his phone at some point, so they went separate ways and therefore aren't comparable.
Yes, the area was searched.
Do you have a link? Was the dogging area searched?
Thinking back wasnt Thetford where the abandoned van was found?
Yes I only remember the dual carriageway closure and search.Just saw 'area around BM', can't remember details.
'But Suffolk Police said today that they had located Mr Hawes report, which was not made until November. A spokeswoman said: No description of the person could be given, and it was said to have been around 4am but the caller could not be specific about the day. The time given was prior to Corries phone leaving Bury St Edmunds and there was nothing to link this to Corrie.'
I dont think its relevant at all when he made the report, its almost as if they are saying well it wasnt made until November, 2 months later therefore its not very reputable, but he may not have even seen this case until 2 months later and reading it may have jogged his memory due to the clothing which stood out, and if he said "around 4am" that's not necessarily proof it was before Corries phone had left BSE, its just a round about time he mentioned, I am guessing the reason he cant be specific about the day was because its now 2 months later, but he he knows it was a Saturday since he always does that route and if they had taken his phone like he suggested, they would have been able to confirm by his own phone pings if he was where he says he was and at what time.
He also doesnt really specify how close he was to the car, just because he ran out doesnt mean he ran so close he was going to hit him, if he was crossing over, adjusted his shoe and then took the chance to run and make it to the other side before the car got to him, Its something I do all the time.. Ill be stood waiting to cross then think screw it, ill make that.. and dart for it. That's how it kinda sounded to me
Adam Billiald has tweeted as recently as April 2 wondering why the taxi driver info hasn't been followed up.
