It could be me totally reading it wrong of course:
1st Statement Dec 2016
The driver has been spoken to on a number of occasions. He arrived at 4.20am and thought he saw Corrie in the horseshoe but through investigation by the police, this male is seen on CCTV there but it isn't Corrie. He has now been identified as people saw him on the footage in the pod and I have too, it was a man standing using his phone so its not the case that the bin man saw Corrie."
Facebook Post this week
"I have also been read the statement of the driver of the biffa lorry that night and the description he provided to the police of the 4th person he saw STANDING in the horseshoe looking at his phone his description matched Corrie exactly.
I have no reason to doubt this man at all, he appears to be the single person from biffa that has actually said exactly the same thing from the first day he was spoken too. It is evidence and fact in police statements that this gentleman looked in the bin and he states Corrie was not in the bin, it was filled with the same rubbish as normal."
The 2nd statement doesnt really clarify that it wasn't Corrie like the first does, and then the further FB comment about all 4 having left but only 3 of the 4 were seen on camera.
Seeing as there is no CCTV in the HS, the man cant have been identified there, however as people have stated he likely will have come forth and said he was in the area and they then eliminated via CCTV elsewhere. The question is, was he caught on CCTV walking into the HS like Corrie and if so what time? but not caught on CCTV leaving? Has this man said yes I was stood in the HS, or did he just say he was in the area? There is a difference.. and has the biffa driver seen a photo of the identified man to confirm that it was this person he saw and not Corrie? If those questions have been answered it does 100% confirm that the 4th person was NOT Corrie.
Either way, it again confirms you can leave undetected because this 4th person has done, so all that hoo-har about it being impossible to leave the area was yet again a hindrance to investigation because Corrie could have clearly left undetected also and the focus is still remaining on the bin lorry.
No wonder Nicola says she has so many unanswered questions.
She will be doing a FB Live this afternoon to clear up alot of points, I think these points are ones she will cover as they are brought up alot on FB too in the confusion
