The search for a postman who went missing from St Neots earlier this month has entered its 14th day.

Darren Willis, 53, was reported missing from his home on Duck Lane on June 9.

Speaking at the time, a Cambridgeshire Police spokesperson said officers are "becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare."

Six days later, on June 12, members of the public assembled at Coneygeare Car Park to search for Mr Willis.

It was later announced that the search for the missing postman had extended to another county.

The wife of a postman who has been missing for six days has said her family is "living a nightmare".

Darren Willis, 53, was reported missing from his home in Duck Lane in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, on 9 June.

The father-of-three has worked as a postman in the area for 38 years.

His wife, Sarah Willis, said she was "holding on to hope that someone has seen him".

"Darren has been a postman for 38 years in St Neots, and is very loved and well-known in the community.

"We are all becoming increasingly worried for his health and wellbeing as the days pass..."

CCTV images show the last known sighting of a man who went missing from a Cambridgeshire town more than two weeks ago. Darren Willis, 53, went missing from his home in Duck Lane, St Neots, on Monday, June 9.

Cambridgeshire Police has carried out various searches for the 53-year-old and are concerned for his welfare. Officers have released a CCTV image of what is thought to be the last known sighting of him.

It was taken just before 7am on June 9 on a pathway connecting Willow Bridge and Shakespeare Road in St Neots. DI Emma Garwood, who is leading the searches said: “Previous appeals have generated information from the public and we’re very grateful for the support we’ve received so far.

“One line of inquiry is that Darren could still be in the community and in need of help and support, so we’re keen to keep our appeal at the forefront of people’s minds. We grow more concerned the longer Darren is missing but we haven’t given up hope of finding him alive.

“If anyone thinks they may have seen Darren from the CCTV image we’ve released, which we believe to be him, please get in touch.”
