The latest image of Edward Porter

Detectives searching for a man who has been missing for more than 10 days have released a CCTV image of the 61-year-old - and further details on his movements. Staffordshire Police have previously issued an appeal for help in tracking down Edward Porter who has not been seen since March 3.

Today the force has released a further image of Edward along with details of a route he took on the last day he was seen. It comes as officers continue their appeal to track him down.

Edward, who lives in Burslem, was last seen on March 3 and police say that at 7.45pm he walked down Harpfield Road around Trent Vale in the direction of the A34. Then at 8.10pm he was captured on CCTV at Bargain Booze Plus on on Stone Road.

[...]

A spokeswoman for the force said: "Detectives are asking anyone with relevant CCTV or dash-cam footage from Stone Road and the surrounding areas to get in touch."

Today's update is the latest appeal from the force which comes as officers had previously said how they were 'increasingly concerned' for Edward's welfare. Anyone with information on where Edward may be - or believes they have seen him - are asked to contact the force on 101 and quote incident 333 of March 5. Those with information can also send Staffordshire Police a message on Facebook or Twitter.

Seen in Burslem at 06.00hrs, then spotted later the same day at 20.00hrs about 4.5 miles away, near Newcastle under Lyme.
Sounds to me like he's wandering around the area, with no particular place to go.
Also, calling in at a shop called 'Bargain Booze' doesn't sound good.
I hope he's not sleeping rough. It's still cold at night, and alcohol can lower your body temperature too.
Hope he's found soon.
