Local ish to me. The River Tees runs thru Middlesbrough but she was last seen least a mile from it.

Ellen was last seen on Friday January 25 in the Park Road North area of Middlesbrough, close to Teesside University.

'Ellen is white with a slim build and long, straight blonde hair. She is 5ft 8ins tall and was last seen wearing jogging bottoms, black plimsolls and a black puffa jacket with fur on the hood.'

Cleveland Police post about Ellen.
The comments are mostly police bashing, some about Luke Jobson, lots asking why she wasnt reported missing sooner (Im guessing as shes a student its easy to go a few days without speaking to people & they may not have realised there was an issue until now) and some concerning comments about recent events near the uni and involving women in cars.
