How on earth has Andrew had "everything removed"?? He lived in a vast palace with dozens of household staff to tend to his every need for many years after his horrendous behaviour came to light, and only this month is moving to a smaller residence. But he's still living rent-free in a royal property that is big and grand by most people's standards. Are we supposed to boo hoo that a man who has basically never worked (save his military service decades ago) and has commercialised and sold out his Royal connections in the worst ways, has to move from a massive house to a slightly less massive house? His new home has five bedrooms and he'll still have security and household staff, will still have chefs and cleaners and people to tend to his every whim. He still owns expensive horses and has stables and grooms (who he does not pay for). He lost his title but he's still enjoying almost all the unearned perks of royalty.
Why is it that ONLY Prince Andrew has been so viciously attacked??
Oh please, he is not being "viciously attacked." He's getting press because he's so stupid and arrogant he decided to go on national TV and tell a lot of lies and self-aggrandising nonsense. And because his abusive and rude behaviour towards everyone he comes into contact with has been extremely well known here in Britain for decades. The general public here in the UK has always disliked him because of his long documented history of treating people badly and behaving badly. Obviously some random American businessmen no one has ever heard of before aren't going to get the same level of coverage as a household name celebrity, especially one who decides to do an entire TV show about a rape allegation!
IF VG was a victim, she was NOT a victim of Andrew’s or he’d have been charged with a crime by now.
It's obscene to claim that lack of charges proves innocence, given what a tiny percentage of rapes ever result in charges.
I can tell by your use of language that you are not British and you use terminology that indicates a lack of understanding of our monarchic system, so I don't think you realise how much our Royal Family are completely and entirely above the law here in Britain. They have tremendous legal and political power. There are documents proving that the Queen (the late Queen, not Camilla) personally interceded in large numbers of laws to either ensure that there would be clauses exempting her and her family, or to personally benefit the RF. To give just a few examples, the RF are formally exempt from the laws banning employers from engaging in workplace racial discrimination (including the 2010 UK Equality Act, which is a major law that every single other employer has to obey). They are exempt from animal welfare laws.
Laws passed during Covid banning landlords from evicting tenants during lockdown had explicit exemptions for the RF. The RF are major landlords and they wound up kicking people out of their homes during lockdown and made people homeless at a time when it was pretty much impossible to find new rental properties. The UK Constitutional Law Association later found that "the Crown [had been granted] special and unjustified privileges" in being exempt from Covid legislation.
So the RF are completely above the law in a way most non-Brits have no idea about, since not only do they intercede in the passing of laws and are explicitly exempt from many specific laws, the British police and the British political system effectively answer to the RF. Especially the police. There is absolutely zero chance a major royal would ever be charged with any kind of crime. That's like saying the fact Trump isn't in prison is proof that he's innocent. The only way Andrew would ever be arrested is if he visits America (where he is wanted for questioning) and he'll likely never step foot there again.
