Bitter- sweet for Virginia's family.
Maybe...why havent they sought justice for Justice against her dad who she also accused of abusing her?

Yes, it may be, but I'm also thinking that the Giuffre situation blew up when the late Queen was around 90 years of age and becoming noticeably frailer. Perhaps she just didn't have the strength to deal with it by the time it all blew up. Leaving it to her successor might have made sense, although probably nobody knew at the time of Charles' succession that he was himself ill with cancer.
The Queen was ill herself and that year with the Jubilee was her swansong. Her chance too say goodbye say to speak. I have never believed it was Andrews choice to settle or even the Queens come to that.

Probably because there's no money to be had.

The Sun's headline today is an absolute classic.

"Met Police 'contacting Andrew's former close protection officers' over Epstein probe.

The Met Police has urged former close protection officers to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor
to 'consider carefully
whether anything they saw or heard'
may be relevant to its review of the Epstein files.

It comes after a former officer claimed
that 'certain members' of the royalty and Specialist Protection (RaSP) command
might have witnessed abuse at Epstein's private island Little St James.

The Met said in a statement today:

'Following the further release of millions of court documents relating to Jeffrey Epstein by the United States Department of Justice,
we are aware of the suggestion
that London airports may have been used to facilitate human trafficking and sexual exploitation'."

This interested me. Not so easy to have gotten this amazing photo of Andrew in the back seat of the car, looking stunned and in anguish.

IMO

Disgraced ex-Prince Andrew was treated like a “common criminal” during 11 hours in police custody — which one retired UK detective called an “extraordinary fall from grace” for the one-time favored royal. Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was planning to spend his 66th birthday alone at home with his seven dogs on Thursday, February 19 when cops swooped in and arrested him on suspicion of misconduct in public office for allegedly passing secret documents to his pedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein.

This is a fantastic strategy. Could have international implications.

That's a truly amazing photo that photographer snapped, seemingly right from the front of the vehicle. I wonder if Andrew is sweating now!

And why wouldn't they? 🤔
I see it misspelled all the time. It's so rare to see it spelled correctly that it stands out to me. Perhaps that says something about the level of writing I tend to consume!

Would there be a mugshot if he hasn't been charged? Just arrested?
No there wouldn't. After all he has not been charged with anything yet.

A mugshot is a booking photograph, typically a two-part police photograph taken of a suspect’s face (frontal and profile views)
immediately after arrest for identification.

These photos are used to record what a person looks like at the time of detention.
