He could be if hes in an open prison. We have had a lot of people in high positions go to one and they can go out to work locally...not sure how that would work with him but still
Well, he has people opening doors for him again.🤪
Maybe he could be trained as a cook.
Something wholesome he can learn behind bars.😂

Like when he tried to talk his way out in the infamous televised interview. That backfired!
Exactly!!!

He’s so arrogant and it was very apparent in that interview. Moo

You think he can cook? He probably doesn't even chew his own food! Moo.

What kind of information was involved in this “mishandling of documents”? I mean - how serious might this turn out to be for him? Is being guilty of treason unlikely? I really don’t know. Curious about what you all are thinking.

Wow. This is interesting. So glad his mother isn't alive to see this. Would she have been able to stop it? I wonder if he would have been arrested previously, and she did intervene?

So odd to see sympathy for her when she's the one who gave and ensured him licence throughout his life to be exactly who he is.

You can tell that King Charles III wants to wipe his hands of him.

The icy coldness and self-serving, self-protective nature of that family writ large.

Unprecedented that the man who was second in line to the throne arrested at least in modern times.

Not that it matters but he hasn't been second in line since 2011. He's currently 8th.

State secrets, deals that could earn one a lot of money, etc.

Basically insider trading of ‘delicate’ information.

He hasn't been 2nd in line since William was born in 1982.

he will be hoping that they keep him in for another 24 hours - Friday is Pizza night in many prisons!!
Is it? I'd have thought it was Fish and Chip Friday, which was the highlight of the week in British WWII PoW camps holding German and Italian PoWs.

As well as Misconduct in Public Office, the police could also be looking at breaches of the Official Secrets Act, depending on the status of the information shared with Epstein, and insider dealing/trading, depending on if they can show that Andrew or Epstein used the information to personally profit from it.

Not a chance he's ever in general population. JMO
I agree. It's possible that any sentence would be one of house arrest at the relatively small property he has been allocated on the Sandringham estate.
