MISSING teenager Gaia Pope disappeared after turning up at the home of her friends grandmother in a distressed and agitated state, it was claimed tonight.
The student, who suffers from epilepsy and PTSD, then started to take off her clothes in front of Rosemary Dinch, 71, telling her: Im too hot.
Reporting Rosemarys account of the incident, ex-husband Greg Elsey, 69, said: Gaia went in and stripped off the top half of her clothes down to her bra.
Rosemary was really concerned and managed to persuade her to put her clothes back on, but she left without her coat.
She said she needed to go and find one of her old school friends.
Neighbours said they heard Rosemary and Gaia having an altercation on the day she went missing Tuesday November 7.
