Just thinking this is too weird, the police must know this boy wasn’t murdered, as you can be charged with murder without a body in Scotland ie Nat Fraser and David Gilroy. So the must know that or have reasonable belief of how he diedJohn Roarty appeared in private at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday charged with attempting to defeat the ends of justice and was remanded in custody.

It's possible he died in an "accident" and John Roarty decided, for whatever reason, to try and get rid of the body. Or the cause of death is just taking longer than expected to determine, due to the nature of the remains.Just thinking this is too weird, the police must know this boy wasn’t murdered, as you can be charged with murder without a body in Scotland ie Nat Fraser and David Gilroy.
