I would never give a name up, no matter what unless the cops could prove it with DNA & of course a body. I don't ever think anybody should be convicted for murder on circumstantial. It's a violation of true justice. Does that mean that a killer goes free, yes but rather that then an innocent person in jail. That neighbour is innocent until proven guilty. He might be some other criminal who did something stupid & that's why he burned the van but it can't lead to him being jailed for murder. That's simply not justice.

Yeah but they must not have enough, for example you know the guy in rutherglen has turned for the prosecution, so he must be saying what he knows/believes etc, and police are acting on this ? Because if he is saying he murdered him that’s the charge they would go for?

It's probably friends & acquaintances of acquaintances they are following. They are literally going from house to house to find something. I don't think the Mcginty guy knows anything besides that he is a friend of a friend of somebody that knows somebody else. That's what the police did act on. They did really act, the last was a downstairs female neighbor with a love triangle & houses of that woman's friends. But if nothing is found....Don't forget if it hadn't been for those few parts washing at Loch Lomond there would be nada. Zilch, You would have 2 people who just disappeared in thin air. Whether they are connected or not, a person who operates like that, who can make that happen, is not the 1 you would easily find . Remember it's the idiots who get caught.

So soon they will go searching all over Cathkin Braes Country Park probably. They would never do all this if they didn't think it was murder. They just can't prove it nor who did it. But I wouldn't necessarily think that if you go to Loch Lomond to dispose of hands or feet or arms, then you will go put the head somewhere in Castlemilk. You would go somewhere else if you are smart.

They say they maybe found something substantial so maybe they can now see if it was murder. It would be a bit uncomfortable if it turned out it was no foul play at all. Maybe they got really lucky & some DNA or fibers or something.

Watched that last year when it first came out. Limbs in the Loch: Catching a Killer was a good documentary. A family member was involved in that case. They told me a few disturbing things.
