Found Deceased UK - Jamieson (aka Jamie), 53, last seen in Beverley, north of Hull, 17 Dec 2022

Humberside Police are asking for help in finding missing 53 year old Jamieson (known as Jamie).

He was last seen between on Saturday 17 December in the Beverley area.

Jamieson is described as 5ft 7in tall of slim build. He was wearing a green hoodie and blue jeans.

Apparently there has been a "definite" sighting of Jamie at 20:40 hours on Saturday 17 Dec 2022 near to West Building Supplies on Grovehill Road in Beverley. This has not yet been confirmed by the police. The location is worryingly close to two water courses, unfortunately.

Sad news coming through about this. Humberside Police have issued an update:

"It is with deep regret that following an extensive search for missing Hull man Jamieson (Jamie) Scott, we have found a man’s body in farmland between Weel and Hull.

...

“Jamieson was reported missing after he had not been seen since he had left a public house in Beverley on Saturday 17 December.

“It is thought that he had tried to make his way home and sadly succumbed to the weather conditions over the weekend.
