There is nothing to report here at Bristol Crown Court and no way of knowing if or when there will be anything to report.

It sounds, then, as though it wasn't just one or two people on the jury who were not convinced.

If this goes on much longer, the prospect of a mistrial starts to raise its ugly head - the worst of all possible results for everyone.

Have not caught up with everything yet. Was wondering if maybe it was his camera with the shuffle going it flung into the table and splintered it, it was a large camera and with force that could happen . If that was the case he would have hardly had his coat off.

They may well be waiting somewhere close to the court instead...somewhere very close to it so they can make it into court quickly as and when the jury come to a final decision.

BBM Or even "if and when". It's not looking like it is just 1 or 2 people who disagree with the majority.....
