Opie-Palmer pleaded guilty to violent disorder. It isn’t clear if those who admitted to violent disorder and aren’t on trial for manslaughter have been sentenced and how long forSad to think at least one of the defendents lives could potentially have been very different-
Incident in toilets 'could have been catalyst for violence that led to death'
The death of Kamil Milczarczyk could have followed after an "innocuous coming together" of several young men in a bar led to later violence. The "chain of events" that led to "trouble" involved 13 males in one rival group and others in another, a trial has heard.

"The fact that none of those charged with manslaughter were responsible for the fatal injuries does not matter for the purposes of this offence," said Mr Wood.
"It is the fact that they were encouraging or assisting Thompson to use violence by their own acts which implicates these defendants and makes them criminally responsible too for the death of Kamil Milczarczyk." Mr Wood said that the 13 males were thought to have been staying at a "holiday let" flat in Grimston Street, Hull, at the time.
