AP doesn't appear to be close to his family. Fathers wedding pics- only his siblings are pictured. Diff surname on FB, not friends with any family members etc. Not sure the significance of this though...

Do you have a link to pics or page??

Can you name the journalist or publication because there are hundreds of tweets a minute about this and I can't find the tweet you are referring to but I would like to see it.

The Scottish S*n. Think the reporter was called Douglas, DW

Guys we can't sleuth family, or post family facebook or SM. Only the named suspect/POI. Tweets have to be MSM and linked and all pics need to be linked.

Not being a poopy head just don't want anyone getting into trouble.

They were seen walking down the road on CCTV, whereby A says they then turned off onto a different road to get into his car and go to his flat. I think he offered to take her to pick up drugs or just some cheaper alcohol from a shop. My theory is that she never got in the car - I think he tried it on, she rejected him and he raped her (and has tried to cover this up by saying he had consensual sex with her). I think he accidentally killed her (hand over mouth or something?) panicked and dumped her and her belongings in different areas. Then went back to the flat, knowing they wouldn't find significant evidence there. I really hope she didn't suffer too much, poor soul.

No update from police tonight on the search for #KarenBuckley. Fire engines & major incident trucks at Craigton Farm.

Could have been a drugs related death?

I'm still not convinced she intended to go to his flat though, you'd get your coat wouldn't you.

Shops are not allowed sell alcohol after 10pm, I'm aware some do (at a high price, the club would be cheaper!) but I doubt a girl that had only been in Glasgow for two months would know the dodgy places to ask for alcohol after hours.

Happens to the best of us. I get so confused about what's allowed and what's not [emoji4]

It sure does!

For reference here are the TOS re social media

Social Networks

Regarding Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and other social networking or blog websites: Links may be used to direct posters to view something on a social networking page. But postings on social networking sites are not considered fact; they are rumor. Copying and pasting, or taking screen caps, directly from these pages is not allowed. Paraphrasing is okay. (Exception: If the Twitter or Facebook post belongs to a verified news station, it may be copied. But a link should still be provided.)

Also, social networking pages may only be linked if they are directly related to a case, i.e. the victim or suspect. We don't want to post to someone's mother, brother, employer, milkman, or postal carrier just because they know the main player. We also NEVER link to minor's pages (unless they are the victim). And be sure that the page actually belongs to the person being discussed. Do not link to someone if you are not 100% sure it is the correct person. And if a social networking is set to private and you get in the back way, you may not post what you find. Private means private!

There was also reports police were asking neighbours if they witnessed any bonfires in the area

If any of you have been posting on the Stephanie Scott thread this will resonate, her body was set on fire by the POI in that case

Is that a Scottish law then? I genuinely had no idea.

Yes it is pretty strict. No off license sales after 10pm. Pubs can serve until 11 (I think?), some have later licenses. Clubs can serve alcohol later into the night I think the latest is 3 or 4am. Drinking any alcohol is banned on trains after 9pm because of the rowdy behaviour.
