Attorney General says sentence for father who murdered daughter ‘too lenient’
The sentence given to a father who murdered his daughter by twice running over her body with his car, after she tried to protect her boyfriend, was…
He denied her murder, claiming it was an accident but was jailed for life with a minimum term of 18 years in September after being found guilty following a trial.
The Attorney General has now said the Court of Appeal would decide whether to increase the sentence.
