I'm a little confused, is it Libby's neighbours who have been given a form with 7 questions or PR's neighbours? Does anyone know what the 7 questions are?

See post #348 above for the questions.

I wonder if that other car that drives past is involved.

It's a dead end so not as if it will be a busy road seems odd that in such a short period of time another car is driving off.

Yesterday (?) I think someone posted that this place was a good spot to park up for illegal taxis - near a pub/restaurant and so on.
Just maybe the other car was doing just that and picked up a fare at that moment and it was coincidence we saw it on the vid? that is why this vid has been released, if possibly it was an illegal taxi so the driver is not keen to approach the police ? I have no idea of course, only my own musings.

I've just posted about that car too..why would it be on a dead end road at that time of night unless the drivee lived there or was visiting someone

I'm assuming the police have done door to door enquiries on there already.

The driver could have been doing the things you say or waiting to pick someone up, there's been a few posts saying that you can't park up on the main road.

Imo there's no connection with either the other car or the cyclist and the police already know who they are and have eliminated them from the enquiries or they would be asking for help to identify them. The local publicity has been huge and going on for so long that everyone in the area at the time has most likely already been spoken to. Imo most people aren't going to be discussing there contact with the police with MSM, we shouldn't take their silence to mean they are involved

The driver of the car that is parked behind the suspect car in Haworth Street CVTV that moves off before, have they not come forward? Surely easy to place yourself there at that time. Unless they don't want to be implicated and/or English not a first language or don't look online. Their car would have been directly behind on same side of road or opposite.

Oops crossed posts with same idea ;)

Live as police helicopter, cars and officers descend on park

A police helicopter has landed in a park in Bransholme as part of an ongoing incident.

According to eyewitnesses at the scene, there is a heavy police presence in Bude Park, off Bude Road, with multiple police cars, a police helicopter and officers seen on foot.

He said: "Bude Park - helicopter there and loads of police - looks serious. There are officers on foot on the field with six or seven policemen, three police cars and a helicopter."

As I've previously said I think it's possible that Pavel and Libby already knew each other, hence the question about seeing the car on the street on other occasions.

My guess is that he has admitted knowing her, admitted picking her up that night but is either unwilling or unable to explain where she is now.

The parks seem to be mainly open, I wonder what the police are looking for that wouldn't have already come to light in 10 days? The parks haven't been closed, dogs have been walked every day, I just can't see how a person or body wouldn't have been found yet. Even if there were locked up buildings surely these have been searched already

As his family have volunteered the information that he picked her up I can't see that he could deny that but what have they been asking him all this time, do they literally keep repeating the same questions over and over?

Would helicopters and lots of police the adequate response to someone in the park finding a body? I hope to God that isn’t the case, just wondering if that would be part of the procedure of something like that.

New here
My thoughts are:
Libbys last confirmed sighting was 12.08am (from memory), the same time as that cctv video. They are extremely confident that its Libby in that car then?

They will know who the car belongs to, cctv will detect the number plate.
Is it the same car as the Polish guys? If not then whos car and why are they not finding this driver?
My feeling is that whoever put Libby in that car that night knows where she currently is. I have rewatched the cctv countless times and there does seem to be a slight altercation before she gets in. He was acting very shady as well, constantly locking and unlocking the door and just generally lingering about for her.

This is interesting. Seems they are suspecting he kept her for a while and moved the body later.

OR suspect he was the recent Flasher

If going to that park bench from haworth st..where would he have parked his car?
Im guessing that something must be convincing police that they were in that park and more specifically at that bench.
Someone referred to the police "using evidence markers" - to the best of my knowledge the C.S.I would place those numbered markers in order to flag specific evidence to police.
By the very nature of this, then it should follow that the very presence of a marker would suggest that evidence is in that location?
Also another thing to ponder...
He has only been questioned about abduction thus far?
Am i correct in thinking that his P.A.C.E clock refers only to questioning and detention on the suspicion of abduction?
If he was released today then immediately arrested on suspicion of murder...seperate charge-new P.A.C.E clock?
Im just wondering whether this could be why the police have been keen to stress that his current detention is on suspicion of abduction?

Of course this may be incorrect...in which case, just do what my wife does and ignore me :)

If he was released today then immediately arrested on suspicion of murder...seperate charge-new P.A.C.E clock?

Interesting thought.

I think ( am not 100% on this ) that if he was released at 96 hours and then immediately re arrested on suspicion of murder, that would not work. Any half decent defence solicitor would argue that the police must have already had some evidence to bring this new charge before the 96 hours expired and that they should therefore have questioned the suspect re this evidence during the 96 hour time frame.

Likewise, if he was released on bail ( so still under investigation in connection with LS ) and then brought back in on a murder charge ( as opposed to just abduction ) I think they would not be allowed any further question time and would have to go directly to charging him.

However, if he was released without any charge, free to go, then yes, am sure he could be brought back and charged with the more serious crime of murder and the clock starts again.

Bude Park is 3.6 miles from where LS was last seen. I don't recall any reports of police searching that far out as of yet but I may be wrong..

I can’t post a link because it’s not MSN, but it’s been bugging me what particular kind of sports outfit he is wearing in the cctv as the socks/ shorts combo are distinctive. At first I thought boxing or football but I’ve just seen a photo a mental health charity posted about a charity run in January. They are based on Beverley Road. Seeing the outfits made me realise there’s a very good chance he’s in running gear.

Raglan Street is where someone lives? Or close to the park?

Officers were also seen using what looked like a pole with a camera into drainpipes above the property.
