Interesting though PR hasn't been charged in relation to libby they still have his house and his car

Seems a lot of effort for 3 burglaries

BBM - Sounds to me like they think something/one could be hidden in the house/inner wall etc if they need helmets and ropes...

Maybe hidden evidence? I can’t imagine there would be a body hidden in the walls - it would smell terribly.

Like I suggested, he may have sat thinking about whether to follow her or not for a few seconds before deciding on it and leaving.

I thought she got in the car on the CCTV but it’s sooo unclear. What if you’re right she didn’t get in, he saw her set off home and decided to follow her..do you think he would grab her outside her house or on route or he follows her in?? A thought occurred that maybe she did have her keys and just wanted to sit outside to get fresh air to sober up...

The fact they have allowed personal belongings to be removed and given to PR wife means they may well be winding down the crime scene - I can't envisage anything being signed out of a crime scene if there were still more searches to be conducted...

I don't think it's impossible that there could be a body hidden in the house somewhere.

I'm going to move away from PR for the time being - IMO things are not looking good for him. That alongside LS disappearance and his locality it's a logical conclusion to join the dots and end with PR & keep part of the focus on him for the time being until they have exhausted all avenues, I genuinely think if he was stupid enough to be a position of being charged for mid-level crimes, and having kept incriminating evidence leading to those charges then LE would have found something incriminating to charge him with LS abduction
He has failed to cover his tracks once, so would likely fail a second time. If he did successfully cover his tracks, why not cover all of them, I personally do not think he is clever enough and something would have been found by now.
So IMO there is every single possibility PR did not have a part to play in LS going missing which means the real suspect is still out there, covering his/her tracks under LE's noses and LS is still missing...

Counterpoint is the complete clowns down the years who have murdered their wives, girlfriends and kids, dumped the body and it has stayed hidden for years.

Sometimes these people just get very very lucky - e.g the poor kid DeOrr who went "missing" in Idaho

so not only was he being pervy and burglarizing homes near his house he shared with his wife, but the situation with LS also went down near his house? is that correct? i'm going to say he offended close to home so that if he ever got caught or seen by anyone he could easily and quickly just run home and hide. surely his wife has seen some unusual behavior, bc if we KNOW about 2 times in the last month-2 (the break-ins), who knows how many times he's actually done this. hopefully she will be able to come forward and shed some light on her husband once the shock wears off. where did he hide his "souvenirs" and stolen goods that his wife didn't find them?

I’m wondering if you used some kind of cooler (Travis Forbes and Kenia Monge’s case comes to mind, TF stored her temporarily in an ice chest box inside the walk in cooler freezer of the kitchen where he worked)

To me, it looks a lot like they'removing the wife and kids things out because I doubt they'd want to go back there any time soon. If at all.
Bit weird about the ropes and the hard hats though. Suggests loft, roof or under floor maybe?

My thoughts ; for people saying she didn’t get in the car on cctv but that car followed her ..... remember this car is in a dead end , he would have to drive out of there and along several main roads to catch up with her again in what ever direction she went , that car can’t come out right by her because of the bollards ( if I’ve understood the map correctly )
