Erm I’ll havw to disagree with you there.. I think the police owe us a very in depth explanation, especially to the people who live in hull and may be within walking distance of a sexual predator!!
Absolutely, I am sure they are doing their best and I also believe we have only been shown the tip of the evidence iceberg for good reason.
Our police make mistakes and sometimes overlook things because like every police force they are human beings. But if you compare it to every other country on Earth then I think they do pretty damn well.
Chances are you are anyway, whichever way the land lies with PR. So telling you that you are safe because he was the perpetrator in whatever happened in this case would be doing a disservice, by letting you believe the only threat is now removed
Nobular deposit, Quintet?
Please oh please can that become official Websleuths terminology??![]()
Yes, I have a cat that appears to be attempting to leave the same and unbeknown to him, is going to be parted from his baldricks rather soon...I'm convinced my cat leaves nobular deposits on the sofa. Heaven knows what SOCO would make of our soft furnishings.
NB. I refer to the furniture not the cat's nocturnal achievements when i say "soft furnishings".

As the public spectrum I feel we need to know updates regarding this case. If you trace your minds back to the Becky Watts case or Tia Sharp or Shannon Matthews, the public were kept in the loop. I think the Hull police force are possibly the worst in the United Kingdom.
Charge Dropped: I was the one who asked Hull Live on fb messenger ‘Hi there, the police say this is what he was charged with but the incident was not mentioned in court this morning - we are trying to get some clarity on why! Thanks, Jenna (Hull Live)
Thanks I was trying to make sure I had read it right as I couldn’t see it there (Me)
Yeah, you did - it's a confusing one! (Hull live)
Maybe a pork pie under the dashNot a sausage yet.
One voyeurism charge dropped (December), but another voyeurism charge suddenly appeared (July).
This is what makes me wonder if they're clutching at straws.
Maybe a pork pie under the dash
I don't understand how it can be proved, unless there are photos or something.
No, it just means they didn't have enough to charge him for one, or he had an alibi. And they realised about the earlier one the further back they looked into similar reported crimes.
There may be DNA
There may have been an ID parade since his arrest
There may be CCTV / ANPR evidence
There may be more charges pending
Please try not to worry. If you were at a high risk of something the police would have said.
Unlikely, yes. But impossible, no. Having found myself in a similar situation; a man who came across me in a social situation through a mutual acquaintance, I say came across because I couldn't even say that we met or spoke as such. Apparently developed am infatuation with me. Found me on WhatsApp. Messaged me several times, I would reply brief and aloof because I found it odd why he would be so friendly being as he had no place in my life nor I in his. One night, following a break up with my boyfriend, drunk and run out of cigarettes, I messaged him at something around midnight to come pick me up and bring me cigarettes. Wandering around the village alone, drunk and upset it was only for the fact that my reception dropped out and he couldn't find me and I made it home and crashed out that we didn't meet that night. He left his house at stupid o' clock, bought the cigarettes and everything, he was that committed. A short time later he appeared in the local paper convicted of violent assaults

Yours occurred because you messaged each other online.
And it's really easy to find someone on WhatsApp.
LS did not even have her phone.
Nobody is asking to know they're "safe", we just want to know if there is a high risk danger.
I know I'm not "safe" walking down the street at night, but I'm definitely in danger walking down a street with Christopher Halliwell on it.
It's like saying "oh yeah, you might bump into Christopher Halliwell...but you wouldn't be safe anyway so I'm not going to tell you about him because it would be doing you a disservice"
I'm guessing there must be. I don't have a great deal of experience in voyeurismthe only being a work colleague who was convicted of the offence. He was arrested after being reported tampering with himself publicly in a car park. His computers were seized and footage found on the computer of women taking showers in their caravan at a holiday park which he had filmed through the window, while he was occupying a neighbouring caravan
More than 1,300 sex offenders are walking the streets of Hull and East Yorkshire.I still find it that odd
I seem to recall a report last year 2018 stating 1303 known sex offenders in the area. (Only known, not including unknown. PR has not been convicted) Unfortunately the police are unable to tell us how close these offenders are and the level of risk they are still deemed to be.
