You beat me to it, just to add those statements that were reported were from statements made by her mum and boyfriend- not dug up from old medical records- but things that they as her family personally felt were relevant to the court case.

Undated 'Medical Records' so could have been many years earlier. CAMHS possibly IMO

"Extracts from her Ms Squire's medical records, detailing her history of mental health issues including depression, anxiety and self-harm, were read to the court.

Jurors heard she had researched methods for taking her own life, and had previously had suicidal thoughts which included "throwing herself in a river".

They're not confidential if deceased.
Information relating to a deceased person does not constitute personal data and therefore is not subject to the UK/EU GDPR. It only applies to information which relates to an identifiable living individual.

It’s a difficult choice for the jury. PR should have come clean and admitted everything that really happened before the jury instead of continuing with the lies. Its made everyone have to take everything he says with a massive pinch of salt, even if there are some truths.

The medical records were from years ago- much of the closing statements were from her mums and boyfriends personal statements- which is what I had referred to. It was referred to in the closing statements, not before (when we had the vague details shared above). I’m 100% certain that her boyfriend giving up cannabis as she had been self harming just before Christmas was not a medical record, but his personal declaration to the legal teams about her current mental state.

“He said she had not self-harmed for seven or eight weeks and they struck a deal he wouldn’t smoke cannabis if she wouldn’t self-harm but he thought there had been a relapse before New Year as he had seen some cuts. “
ETA: it’s from the Hull live rolling statements, so impossible to directly link to on a phone- but was part of the judges closing statements at 15.33
ETA again, the quote from the judge was about her boyfriends statement to the court.

Thanks for posting that. I hadn't previously seen this 10 minute cut of the Beverley Road/Haworth Street CCTV all together.

I don't think I'd even noticed the pulling by the bus stop, but now it's clear. Illuminated by the advertising, it even appears PR drops into a lower stance and seems to be pulling LS by the wrist. Not the actions of a good samaritan. She seems to pull back a few times, followed by an attempt to find her footing. I know it's been discussed, but I've avoided looking at it too closely. I'm now also wondering if PR isn't subtly touching himself whilst seated during the spidercam footage, because his hands never really stop moving.

I'd respectfully reply that it's important to understand the legal meaning of 'circumstantial evidence'.

There's some reluctance, isn't there? It definitely doesn't seem like a reasonable prelude for consensual sex a matter of minutes later.

I know it has been discussed at length on previous threads but watching this longer version of spidercam I think he is either touching himself (albeit above clothes?) or counting rosary beads. Moo. If it’s the latter, that says it all. Jmo

Again it’s open to interpretation, I would perhaps perceive it as a tussle where she pushes him away twice and then he retreats to the seat of his vehicle alone where he waits and a few minutes later returns to see how she is. The initial bus stop footage stood out more for me, where he crossed the road and several people were in her path- that was erratic and falling and all over the shop, the second footage was slower and steady (and only involves contact briefly a few times, so not grabbing and pulling, but more touching and directing)

It has been suggested he could be rolling a cigarette and that was before we knew what had happened to LS and the CCTV had been leaked- if we disregard a change in knowledge and opinion (based on everything we know now)- there isn’t anything to suggest any difference- no evidence left so to speak.

Sorry, yes, I edited my post to say ‘I know it’s been discussed at length on previous threads’, and I know it brings no new evidence to light, I just meant that the longer/slower (real time) version of this spidercam is slightly easier to follow. (I actually thought when I first watched this almost 2 years ago that he was fiddling or counting rosary beads.) jmo.
