A tiger with a light coloured leg?!

Probably a South China Tiger (panthera tigris amoyensis)

Wonder if there are any local breeders in Hull?

There are more recent photo’s of him if you google ‘Pawel Relowicz Wedding’
Scroll down through them, and you’ll come across a couple of him in a suit with glasses on.

The picture of him sitting in a suit and the pictures of someone sitting in the car rolling a cigarette do look very alike in terms of posture. I'm pretty sure that footage wouldn't have been released if the police weren't sure it was him.

What I can't understand is why they released that heavily edited piece? They claim suspicious activity in a 20 minutes time frame.

Remove the bits where nothing is happening and there would only be a few more seconds of footage to show him parking and getting out of his car. Sort of car arrives. Man leaves car. Similar fact based commentry to what they've shown.

Based on the fact many of you here are more experienced in this, does anyone have any ideas (assumptions / brainstorms) as to why they wouldn't do that? They could pixelate out innocent bystanders if there were any if that were a concern

I'm no expert. But I presume they didn't want to jeopardize any further criminal charges.

So we can assume it shows more than just a guy parking, getting out and standing looking towards the corner

This ^^^

Probably some of the footage made it easier to identify him.

Also maybe he was doing something that couldn't be shown..

Ok so could this bit have been released with some specific purpose in mind or just to satisfy the presses need for something?

Possibly just to keep her in the publics mind?

Possibly to let others know they have something on him?

I'm very new to this.

And what @Joolz1975 said, possibly

Conversely, the footage may be really bad due to falling snow. Judging by the black tarmac left when the car drives away while the rest of the road has a covering of snow, I would say there’s a strong possibility of snowfall at/around time car was parked.

You would still see the lights as he parked and could give a time / approx timings as they have with the other footage.

They gave approximate timings on the news report.

There's likely a reason we havnt been shown the whole thing, we are not privvy to the reason why and probably not likely to find out a reason anytime soon.

Bear with me I'm still learning. It's the first missing person case I've taken interest in.

Obvious in the last week the searches have decreased. The police have made it clear it's still an active investigation.

So what things will the police be doing behind the scene? Obvious CCTV is playing a big part in the investigation.

Working their way through the mountains of information they will have accumulated. CCTV analysis, cross referencing interview information, following up leads provided online and on tip lines. Waiting for forensic analysis to come back on hundreds of exhibits. Phone and app analysis. Re-interviewing witnesses. Trawling through online activity. Slog, hard, slog.

It's strange how photos can be deceiving.

He looks like a 16 year old lad on some of them.

I think he is a 16 year old lad in some of them

Can anyone remember way back when this had only been going for a week someone posted finding signs of recently disturbed earth marked with a piece of timber near the river, does anyone recall if the poster went back to check it out again.

From what I recall, no one went back to check but the person was encouraged by one of "us" to report it to LE, and I believe he said that he would/or did.

That was @Kolumbo I think, she called police to report, think @Strontium69 has filmed since so no sign it has been investigated as far as I know

I wonder about this video all the time. You really do see something different every time you look...LE must have been able to enhance the video more that what we see to conclusively identify PR or there is something in the parts that were edited out to identify him. And Chester...I thought the same thing that you did...that LE were hoping for the cyclist or other driver to come forward. But, if I recall, LE made no pleas for one of them to come forward. Pleas at that point seem to be coming from the media and the community. Yet, LE did make this type of plea more recently, when they released the footage of the 4 possible witnesses and wanted them to come forward (and much better quality footage). So, I really struggle with what we are supposed to gather from the poor quality video of "PR" and "Libby" and his car. Just thinking "out loud."

I must be blind to you lot. But I can't make heads or tails of the Spider cam.

I've tried watching it on my phone, tablet, Laptop and TV. I've ran it at normal speed, slow speed, freeze framing it and even speeding it up.

There is very little to see, it's poor quality (frame rate, resolution and compression), edited to bits and has a spider web flaring in the IR LEDs.
