I must be blind to you lot. But I can't make heads or tails of the Spider cam.

I've tried watching it on my phone, tablet, Laptop and TV. I've ran it at normal speed, slow speed, freeze framing it and even speeding it up.

I wouldn't bother you will be left with more questions than answers :D

A tiger with a light coloured leg?!

Probably a South China Tiger (panthera tigris amoyensis)

Wonder if there are any local breeders in Hull?
Hull City Football Club are nicknamed ' The Tigers' due to a home kit of Black and Amber stripes. (Sings) Mauled by the Tigers...You're getting Mauled by the Tigers.....'

Personally I think it's more likely to have escaped fron the Circus that was on Oak Rd Park last month?

Could fit with the toolbag theory then. She's locked out, he brings and shows her his tools (as opposed to tool), says he can help her break in? Pops them in footwell for easy access and to keep evidence of his false narrative clearly in front of her for reassurance.

Parks in lane round the back of the house, after a show of breaking in, he shows her his tool (screams) and she tries to get away (banging gate).

At this stage he has to have subdued/silenced her v rapidly or else surely we'd have more audio witnesses. Does he swing a hammer at her in panic, she is knocked unconscious or worse, and he bundles her back into the car again? Then...?

Drawback of theory - am not aware of a huge forensics focus on the lane. If police suspected this was a scene of struggle, surely they'd be combing it like the park?

Back to the drawing board.

This is exactly the conclusion I came to in my 2nd theory.

I remember scream posts in the MSM tabloid papers it definitely said she talked about with husband after the door police visit , she didn’t tell them at visit , it may have even been two days later she phoned it in. We discussed this a lot back in early thread as it was so strange she didn’t even mention it at time

One version about screams I havent seen on here in a long time is a MSM article where the woman was in bed and sat up hearing it and her husband was downstairs watching tv and he heard it too, then they had a convo about it. I've only recently seen slightly different versions of this where they were both in bed. However early on there was a link in here from MSM that said what I've just mentioned.

I was joking :D

It was a comment on how every few days this thread resembles ground hog day because the same questions come up repeatedly.

Sorry if you didn't get that...Will explain myself better next time.

All discussed in great detail yesterday with links provided....but still think there were some differences of opinion about when LE were told.

I'm not sure if you watched the latest video I posted, where I travelled along the river moving S-N from Stoneferry Bridge? Before I get to the park I go past Croda, on my left, and along part of that stretch there is a section with a concrete edge. I've seen people fishing along this part. There was a guy with his kids there on one of my trips, I asked how it was, I was surprised by his answer in front of his kids lol!

I've never gone fishing... I'm a writer not a fisher... but the pond in the park is a fishing pond. I have no idea if it is kept stocked? It's all council.

I was of the impression the banks of the river around the pond where too thick with reeds for fishing? Fear of tangled lines? Anyone on that?
I'll watch it again. I was wondering whether PR had a regular fishing spot near one of the benches in the park

I have a question I’m not sure has been asked, why did they start searching so quickly (before the usual 24 hours?) I initially thought because LS was high risk but now I’m not sure of the police thinking from the start. They asked for help finding grey beard and stressed he wasn’t a suspect, how did they know he wasn’t a suspect at that point before even finding him? Is it possible they knew she may have been kidnapped/taken from the beginning? Or would that just be a general precaution they took with the case?

I think the consensus is that there was concern about her level of intoxication, returning home alone, and that her friends did not hear from her - which they said was unusual, because Libby always got in touch to confirm when she arrived home in this type of scenario. Then they returned to find that she was not home. Finally, the most speculation has been due to the fact that it was dangerously cold that night, that anyone intoxicated and possibly disoriented could easily wander in unusual directions, get lost, and succumb to the weather. These two factors are what I believe (and please anyone feel free to add, disagree, etc.) hastened the whole investigation process.

It's a myth that someone has to be missing 24 hours.

Someone could be missing weeks and the police wouldn't be concerned if the evidence pointed to it been a voluntary dissapearence.

Or someone could be missing an hour and it immediately ring alarm bells.

I'd expect each case is taken on merit.

I'd imagine Libbys case rung alarm bells so quickly because she wasn't at home like she was expected to be, she didn't have her phone, she wasn't dressed for the weather and straight away it didn't seem right.

I think grey beard wasn't a suspect because they captured that interaction on cctv at least in part...he also came forward very quickly.
