Do we know there was none in the boot?
Nope. But I think a charge would have been pretty swift had they found anything.

Not sure in this case. The other charges have bought them time to build a better case. They don't have to rush into a charge given he's safely of the street for the moment. I'm pretty sure, given how prolific he was in the space of a month, there are other thingsNope. But I think a charge would have been pretty swift had they found anything.

Yeah in the case I cited the DNA wasn't the only evidence - the circumstantial evidence was strong as well. They were seen walking together on vid, he was sexually aggressive toward other women at the party and he left angry when he left with Christina, seen cleaning his car, found cleaning supplies and other evidence where he lived and in the dumpster, etc. The DNA evidence was not initially known publicly.I haven't seen anything in MSM to say if there was or wasn't DNA in PR's boot so LE could be keeping that quiet as part of the ongoing investigation. Just in my opinion I thought if LE had DNA evidence of LS in the boot he would be now being charged with kidnap as travelling in a car boot isn't usual.
Secondly she said he appeared emotionless last time but nervous this time. I couldn't see anything in the new charges that would increase his sentence or the trouble he was in. Burglary and flashing. They were all similar and even if sentenced for each one, they remain first offences with lowish max sentence. And they would be served concurrently.
I find it strange that the only thing listed as receiving stolen goods was a phone and nothing else unless LE only wish to release that and not list any other stolen goods he received. I wonder for what reason he wanted to buy a cheap knock off phone. Maybe for messages he didn't want his family knowing about and parts of his life he wanted to be kept secret from them?@Joelle88 mentioned two things about this court appearance that I found odd.
As far as I recall she says he was denied bail this time because he was flight risk and at risk of reoffending. The first I'd expect the second really amazed me. On bail with the police probably monitoring his every move and they thought he'd risk another public penis parade? Seriously? Low self control / gross stupidity?

So I did Wonder about the receiving stolen goods charge. Just a stolen phone that's all. That was a real oddity on his charge sheet.
Pawel Relowicz due in Court 3 of Hull Crown Court tommorow Monday 11th (uk) on all 12 nonrelated charges
Training on Thursday evenings. I used to watch mine train when they were at school but guess it not a uni thingFixtures are generally played on Wednesday day times.
I can only see 6 things listed, are they combined?
Unless he wanted it because it was full of selfies of the girl who owned it?I find it strange that the only thing listed as receiving stolen goods was a phone and nothing else unless LE only wish to release that and not list any other stolen goods he received. Maybe a spell in prison has shook him up as well. The charges this time around might be no more severe, but he knows what questions have been put to him regarding LS and how close they are to the truth.
Presiding over the case, magistrates said Mr Relowicz would next appear at Hull Crown Court on Monday, March 11, where he will face all 12 offences.I can only see 6 things listed, are they combined?

It does say in the article that the Judge said 2 of the new charges were serious enough to go to CC. ( The 2 that were then detailed) Maybe 4 of the orig 5 are same and the others TIC?Presiding over the case, magistrates said Mr Relowicz would next appear at Hull Crown Court on Monday, March 11, where he will face all 12 offences.
What happened in court as Pawel Relowicz faces seven new charges
But a bit vague? Apologies if clarified elsewhere
All his offences fitted round his working schedule, working Monday to Friday then flashing on weekends and bank holiday! I wonder if be ever told his work colleagues about his out of work activities or kept everything he has done to himself. People usually like to have at least one person to confide in. I wonder if he confided to anyone about his February 1st whereabouts and activitiesWednesday is also a big night at the University's Asylum nightclub. It's ostensibly Athletics Union ('AU') night when all the sports team go out after their fixtures, but in reality everyone goes. And it's a mess - campus first thing on Thursday morning is testament to this.
That said, all of PR's voyeurism/public decency charges fall Friday to Sunday, other than the Boxing Day incident.
Doubt it - not sure how you’d slip that into casual conversation! All his offences fitted round his working schedule, working Monday to Friday then flashing on weekends and bank holiday!
