Hull Magistrates Court has heard details of two of the charges.

They include a charge of outraging public decency on December 26, 2018, at Hull in a public place where he is alleged to have committed an act of outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely by having his penis out in his right hand.

The second was a further allegation from January 12, 2019, when it is alleged in Hull in a public place he committed an act of outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner by having his penis out and masturbating.

He faces a further five allegations. Two of voyeurism, two of dwelling house burglaries and allegations of receiving stolen goods.

He is at Hull Crown Court on Monday charged with similar offences.

Yes I would like to know more, how come the reporter said he had a 'blank' expression. The two descriptions seem at odds, unless it was an 'inside I'm crapping meself' expression.

One would think he probably hasn't made too many friends inside since being remanded.

'The further five allegations he was charged with by Humberside Police this week are similar to those he has already denied.'

One of the women said: “My housemates were walking back because we live down a terrace and as they were walking down they noticed a man stood in the corner with penis in his hands. We were walking back from the car and he was just stood in a dark corner holding his penis. I didn’t want to look because he was scaring me but I saw him in the corner of my eye.”

After making their way indoors and trying to come to terms with what they had just seen, they were confronted by the man again after he leered at them through their window.

She said: “About half an hour later the porch light went off and he was stood there looking at us through the window. My friends ran out to chase him but he had already gone. It’s worrying to know that he knows where we live and we are just a house of young girls. I just don’t want him to go and do it again to anyone else. I fear this isn’t the first time and it won’t be the last.”

It'd be conjecture. As far as I know, there was no trespassing or theft of property on this occasion, so perhaps no physical evidence.

I haven't spoken to her personally, but imagine how she has felt since the connection to LS came to light. It must be terrifying.

So masturbating on 12th Jan 2019 on this set of charges. Masturbating on 19th Jan 2019 in Libby's road. Possibly about to start on 26th Dec. More voyeurism without details as well.
