Sadly I've lost track of Libby's case but I hope new charges mean he won't be going anywhere soon - or ever.

I just keep going over the obvious in my head hoping something will click.
We have Libby in PRs car at 12.09 on 1st Feb on Haworth street. LE then request info from 4 potential witnesses from Oak Road CCTV footage in the period 1.15 to 2.35. So assume LE have good reason to believe he's there during that time frame. Between an 1 and 2.5 hours after she is in his car.
My child lives very close to Haworth street but not the Beverley road end. By 6pm 1st Feb the police were interviewing them all to see had they heard anything (they hadn't). They did interview all her friends in the vicinity eventually but her house seemed early on after the Inglemire Court and obvious places. So in retrospect I wonder if they had that CCTV early on?
Nothing has clicked.
Dear me.I am not female so have no experience of dildos nor am i aware of any of my ex’s using them in our relationship so my opinion has always been, perhaps wrongly, that dildos are for females who aren’t getting the real thing but have their urges, I would have thought a female student could easily get the real thing hence why I ruled out PR breaking into student accomodation
GUILTY - TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 Aug 2014 - Enrique Arochi kidnapping trial #1With the news that Helen’s killer is due to be released (already on day release) soon, I couldn’t help but think of similarities. Mum 'shocked' to see killer out in public
Helen’s body has never been found and her mam is campaigning for Helen’s law (find it on change.org), that a killer should never be released unless they give up the location.
What if Libby is sadly never found ?
Helen’s killer was convicted due to her earring being found in his car.
Say LE have Libby’s hair/scent in the car and PR’s admittance that she was in the car, could this similarly be enough to get a conviction ?
Even if he says she left his car unharmed, surely the evidence alongside the fact that Libby has not been found would be enough to at least get a trial?
I’m not sure what Helen’s killer said regarding the earring but I can only assume he tried to give a plausible explanation for her being in his car too, of course you would, right ? So assuming LE has other further evidence (cctv, forensics ..), like Helen’s case, there may be hope of a conviction without a body ?
ETA: after further research into the case, Helen’s was blood found in the car and his home so assuming (maybe wrongly) that we don’t have this level of evidence (PR would be charged?) much harder to get a conviction.
Not necessarily. That is the time frame in which these people are seen leaving the area of the park. We don't know when they entered it, or how long there were there. It's doubtful that anyone spent very long there on such a cold night, but we just don't know.We have Libby in PRs car at 12.09 on 1st Feb on Haworth street. That's exactly what bothers me. It is a long time to spend in a park in -5c a freezing night unless he spent most of that time in his car whether parked in the oak road area or went elsewhere. 2.5 hours is a very long time. Surely if PR was assaulting LS in the park it wouldn't have gone on for 2.5 hours. Maybe some of that time was spent disposing of her bodyThe only question that "clicks" for me is ..did he spend the whole time from 12.15 ish till 2.30 in the oak rd vicinity or leave and return ?
It's O/T, but I read that this guy still denies the murder, so I don't understand how he has got parole. I thought one of the prerequisites for granting parole is that the prisoner has to admit the crime and show remorse.Omg it is insane that a convicted murderer can be released without telling where the body of his victim is. So the family continues to be punished while he goes free? I know US gets it wrong in a lot of ways but UK & Europe seem to be quite forgiving of murder...jmo
Hi SteleheartGUILTY - TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 Aug 2014 - Enrique Arochi kidnapping trial #1
Christina Morris had not been found when Enrique Arochi was sentenced to life in prison on the charge of kidnapping. His car had been cleaned (he thought) but enough DNA was found in his trunk to conclude that she was in there and was never seen again.
Eventually her remains were found 4 years later.
Hes served double his min sentence Cherwell. 32yrs I think? Maybe parole restrictions applies within a certain timeframe? (Edit2 to add..its a fallacy re guilt remorse etc..see link)It's O/T, but I read that this guy still denies the murder, so I don't understand how he has got parole. With PR I think the only DNA was found on the passenger seat none in the boot/trunk or I would imagine PR would be on trial for kidnap had there been DNA in his trunkGUILTY - TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 Aug 2014 - Enrique Arochi kidnapping trial #1

Yes she played netball but my daughter , at the same uni also plays and tells me that anyone looking would be pretty obvious and odd .I apologise for not knowing where exactly - either a news report on tv or in print somewhere- I read /heard LS reported as being a netball player. If so, this is definately another good opportunity for ‘gawking’ at women etc
It's pathetic that someone can go free while the lost loved one is never laid to rest.Hi Steleheart
Yup the Hull twang has definitely gone from your voice.
Here in the UK we dont have a law banning release of murderers that refuse to disclose where victims bodies are, although there is a petition and a swell of opinion trying to alter that, in the news this week due to the uk case linked to a couple of pages ago.
LS case hasnt really moved on much regarding the info in the public domain. The 7 new charges you refer to ( maybe a bit of cctv footage from the Croda Factory/Oak Park path you may have missed?)
Pawel Relowicz due in Court 3 of Hull Crown Court tommorow Monday 11th (uk) on all 12 nonrelated charges
Interesting - outside loo - could he have taken her there to use it and that’s why there is the interest in the back alley all of a sudden? He brought her in back way? Especially if his wife was away. To avoid DNA in the house!I've tried to no avail to find estate agent listing photos of the property - but yeah, no loft conversion. These houses do often have outside toilets, though. A very small minority are still in use, but most get used for storage. Even that doesn't look to be the case here, though it doesn't seem LE had too much trouble locating items of interest within his home.

Do we know if PR always worked Monday to Friday day shifts or did he do some nightshifts/weekends too?Fixtures are generally played on Wednesday day times.
Do we know there was none in the boot? With PR I think the only DNA was found on the passenger seat none in the boot/trunk or I would imagine PR would be on trial for kidnap had there been DNA in his trunk
I haven't seen anything in MSM to say if there was or wasn't DNA in PR's boot so LE could be keeping that quiet as part of the ongoing investigation. Just in my opinion I thought if LE had DNA evidence of LS in the boot he would be now being charged with kidnap as travelling in a car boot isn't usual.Do we know there was none in the boot?
