What we thinking for sentence then? Im thinking it will be 3-4 years.

Before I heard Judge Jez I thought he might get 2 years or so (and be out in a few months) but I'm hoping for longer. At the very least he's a nasty pervert who needs to be off our streets. However, I believe he was getting bolder, getting cocky, pushing boundaries... I honestly think he saw a chance to get his kicks from Libby by playing the good samaritan then trying to take things further.

Either she cut and run the minute he laid his grubby mitts on her and ended up in the river.
Or the screams were her being attacked, then she ran off and fell in the river.
Or he attacked and her and "accidentally" killed her to keep her quiet (smothered, strangled etc).
Or he's a cold blooded killer.

I'm somewhere between the middle options, still. I do think they were in that park and I do think the screams were Libby and it was him seen running down the path. Whether he was running because she had vanished into the darkness, or because he'd just thrown her body in the water, or he'd hidden her somewhere to deal with later... I don't know.

They seems unreasonable to me.
Vs other first offences I’ve seen.
Someone I knew in my teens recently plead guilty to making, owning and sharing indecent images of minors. Many in the highest category and some involving beastiality,
He got a 2 year suspended sentence.
I think you’re all letting LS potentially being involved cloud your judgement

So 10 crimes 2 years each = 10 years (for example)
