The friends are really brave - having had to wait so long to give their evidence. It must be really nerve wracking to have to wait so long then finally give evidence.
Didn't one of PRs stories say he thought she had taken drugs? I'm guessing drunk plus hypothermia might make it seem that way.Beginning to wonder if a drug was found in Libby’s system with the many statements saying how anti-drugs she was.

Are the witnesses instructed to speak in the present tense? It must be hard to do so after such a period of time. Very sad that at the precise moment her friend was texting her, she was at Oak Road. Poor Libby.
They are not giving evidence in court - these are statements being read out on their behalf - and would have been made to police shortly after Libby was reported missing. So at that time, they did not know she was dead.
