But then they do seem to be saying that her being refused entry to places in the past wasn’t atypical/her intoxication wasn’t atypical for her. So maybe it’s just adding weight to flat mates being unconcerned about sending her home alone.

There was a quote from her boyfriend's statement to that effect:
Statements by Ms Squire's boyfriend Connor James-Pye were also read out, in which he described Libby as being "a happy drunk" and that she "didn't understand moderation".
