That's the sort of incident that would have flown round my uni community
It didn't I'm afraid. Individual bits did spread amongst immediate friends but there were no large scale warnings.

My child knew about the theft a couple of days before and because of the nature of the crime - photos, sex toys and pants taken but expensive sellable speakers and laptops left - they were really scared. But they didn't know about the other incidents.

She may we'll have heard of the incident in her street but given the number of students targeted and the area I'm amazed the police did not ask the uni to issue warnings!

Its the way he told both of his friends that she wanted her mum. She may have said it whilst being raped is what I'm thinking. In his twisted mind I think he got a kick out of it. IMO.
I think possibly more likely in the car when she may have been under false sense of security. During the rape, I think she screamed and she faught every opportunity she got. There was the house where the chap woke up and heard screaming.

I hope better warnings are now in place

It's a fair point, isn't it. The term isn't used outside of Hull as far as I know.
Never heard it before in my life. Is the one you've posted next to the entrance to the playing field?

Yes, immediately before it. The car park is locked at night and you can only enter the playing fields on foot, so I've always felt he parked in the area of that tenfoot.

Did we establish the car park was definitely locked the night in question?

It does make me wonder if this is something he’d done before in terms of prowling the streets looking for students

Libby won’t have been the first girl in that area alone and drunk at that time of night before

Alexandra Road/Newlands Ave seems to be a favourite haunt.

I hadn’t seen that he went back to Newlands Ave after the post 3rd visit to Oak Road wank

It's always locked outside of 'office hours'. There's a park ranger based in the blue cabin at the left of the car park.

Yes IMO . It will be interesting to see if the police had any evidence that he cruised the streets prior to his other offences.

Was there a favoured house or spot on Newland? Makes you wonder if he was stalking someone in particular.

I wonder if there were any incidents as he was growing up or before he left Poland.
