I believe he’s guilty.I've dipped in and out of this case due to case overload and life!
Is everyone thinking he's guilty? Not guilty or on the fence? Regarding the murder charge only?
IMO He had help covering his tracks from people who are familiar with working the system and muddying the waters. That has lead to people having doubts about his guilt. I hope the prosecution present a better case this time and manage to un-muddy the waters. It was all going a bit pear shaped during the part trial before covid hit
I remember a lot of people started to change their minds and move to a not guilty stance
Hi Mind your biscuits. Just wondering if you are local? I am. I'm in AccringtonIMO He had help covering his tracks from people who are familiar with working the system and muddying the waters. A woman should be able to go for an afternoon walk in the park near her home without getting murdered, it's just so sad when you cut out all the drama and think about it that way. Moo.

"Accrington Stanley? Who are dey?"Hi. Kaykedi.
No, defiantly not local, I'm from Wales but living in the US. The closest I've been to you is Blackpool.
I had only heard of Accrington because of the football team.![]()

Hi MajorHoople. It's really nice where Lindsay lived (Huncoat). Sadly, Accrington not so muchAccrington looks like a nice place. Several months ago I was following the maps and photos that were posted in earlier threads. The location where Ms. Birbeck was sadly murdered looks peaceful and pleasant. It has a sort of suburban look.

Hi MajorHoopleI'm used to a suburban and rural lifestyle and I see that Accrington has mostly row-houses. Is that what you mean?
Accrington is a town that's been left behind I feel. Socially deprived as Roostercat said. It's not well policed in my opinion. I've felt all along that Lindsay was let down, no police patrolling, and, as a result, no one there for her when she needed them the most. There's no way such a shocking crime should have taken place in Huncoat.I'm used to a suburban and rural lifestyle and I see that Accrington has mostly row-houses. Is that what you mean?
I've got everything crossed for justice for Lindsay. I'm anxious about the verdict/sentence though with his age/his version, etc. What about you?Justice for Lindsay.
Crikey Doris, that sounds ominous! Where was it!? I'm in AccyDefinitely waiting for Monday to come around and start this trial again. Definitely hoping for a better trial that the last one! I really can't see how it's.goi g to go tho. I'm very on the fence with it all now. I keep changing my mind.
Strange thing happened the other day tho close to wear I live and it reminded me of Lindsay. I seen these 2 lads pushing and pulling this blue wheelie bin. U could tell it was heavy and they didn't want it to tip over because of the weight of it. What was in it I don't know but they where loading it into a Van. First thought when seeing them was Lindsay. It just made me wonder how the hell this lad dragged a bin with a body in it all that way!! I honestly couldn't take my eyes of them.. thinking what if it's something dodgy!
