The decomposition and environmental factors destroyed any that was present.

If DNA has been detected from her boyfriend taken from an intimate test from the 4th August would that not suggest he was the last to be intimate with her ?

Yes, we can deduce that there was no penetration by the offender.

The uterus and prostate are the last two organs to decompose, hence the longer available time frame to recover DNA implying sexual motive, but not in this case.

Not all sexual assault is penetrative tho. I also believe he may have been interrupted, possibly by Mrs Bibby. Sexual assault and Necrophila are two different things. All MOO obviously.

I don't understand your point?

It was not possible to establish the presence of any third party DNA on the body owing to the degree of decomposition and other destructive environmental factors.

Just a respectful reminder that if you post anything that is your opinion could you please let other posters know that it is only your thoughts and not fact. Some posters have to dip in and out and miss bits of the threads. If it doesn't say IMO or something similar then it could be taken as fact. I don't want the thread to get closed down for clean up as it is getting so interesting. Don't you agree?

Beacause he didn’t abduct her? IMO I think this has been planned for a little while, other people involved have made sure the defendant has been in all the right places at the right times, framing him.

Yep this is what I believe. Also, with all this unknown DNA that they are talking about , doesn’t this ‘throw out’ the lone wolf theory. There must be others involved in my opinion.

No I don’t believe for one moment is was a stranger who asked him to do this. I believe it has all been planned and the defendant has been the ‘fall guy’ due to his age and disability.

Definitely agree that there is someone else involved and he knows who they are. He's either been forced into it not knowing what's happening. Or he's been utterly set up to take the fall because of his age.

IMO - I don't think so. The bin, We have no idea of its origin, but we can assume it wasn't a brand new bin, and we already know of countless people who have touched it, how many do we not know about that have.

The gloves, Again, we cannot assume they are brand new gloves, IF they had been used by someone else prior to the defendant, or even handled by someone else prior to them handling them you will get DNA. I doubt very much they were sterile gloves, taken from packaging just for this purpose.

I wonder how many people’s DNA samples were actually taken to discount them from the third party ones found?

There was a murder case in 1948 in Blackburn - June Anne Devaney.

The vast majority of murders are carried out (or arranged) by people known to the victim.

Without knowing where she had been, i cannot answer that. But i can tell you if you DNA checked my trainers, you'd find more than mine on them, even though i am the only person who has ever worn them. My husband, and numerous friends have passed me my shoes on occasion.
