How did this lad manage to get Lindsay off of the path in The Coppice, take her to wooded area/overgrowth and kill her without anyone hearing her scream or see it? All in the middle of the day,, when kids are off school in a popular walking area.

IMO he's guilty but how did he manage all of the above??

We have 2 other witnesses in the coppice, one only saw who we can assume is the defendant, one who didn’t see anyone else.


We can assume it wasn’t busy.

All jokes aside I hope Lyndsays family get some closure from this because it must have been touch and go especially during the first trial.

IMO the Police have potentially got away with one here, someone else a bit more streetwise could have walked from this

I'm absolutely gobsmacked! I guess it's ok to now say that I knew the defendant.

100% dont think he acted alone and I 100% corroborate what the staff at his schools both said.

I'm so shocked. I mean, ok if he did he did... but I just cant see it at all

They have asked for restrictions to be lifted on the reason the 1st trail got stopped as well. I hope so as I always did wonder.

Urgh, the image if her trainers and the crude way they had been cut, we had much discussion around this here we couldn't work it out. The photos seem to make it obvious it was to aid removal, the fabric was cut away so they would then fall off. Its ghastly and sickening to think, i can't help but remember someone mentioned shoelaces and autism being linked to poor gross motor skills and fastenings (zips, buttons, laces, etc) are a very common struggle for many autistic people.

Glad to hear it was guilty, there was no way it could have been anyone else. I don't think he had help after the fact but his parents definitely covered for him.

Why do you think she will give him the minimum? He showed how devious was with the cover up and the fact he was stalking waiting for a victim. I'm hoping for 25 but think it will be around the 20 mark.

Because of His age and learning difficulties. I’m not saying I agree. Having said that he did plead guilty to the disposal of her body so more time added for that

sadly that will run concurrently, as they always do, so no extra time for preventing a lawful burial and disposing of LBs body

No admission of guilt, no contrition and the evil unfeeling deviousness shown since his arrest will weigh against him when the Judge calculates the tariff.
Fast forward to when he becomes eligible for parole he’ll find god and admit his heinous deeds until he does it’s never gonna happen.
