Lindsay Birbeck's teenage killer named as Rocky Marciano Price as judge lifts order

Price was born and grew up in Accrington, to a traveller family, and lived not far from Accrington Cemetery, with his parents, Martina and Creddy Price, and his five siblings.

His mum, 37, and dad, 47, have been present in court at every single hearing their son was required to attend, along with other relatives.


He attended an alternative school in Barnoldswick, and it was here that he learned practical skills in woodwork and landscape gardening.

I dont feel it fair to name his parents imo I actually know his dad , but I suppose that it would all come out eventually, truly shocking crime , I still think he didn't act alone

During the course of the first trial in March, detectives were made aware of a video clip found on the mobile phone of person detained in police custody on an unrelated matter.

The clip purported to show a man discussing aspects of the Birbeck case and, in some parts, saying that he had been involved in the murder and the disposal of the body.

The results of the enquiries into this were shared in full with the defendant and his legal team. Any suggestion that the man in question could have been involved in Lindsay's murder was negated and the situation was not therefore raised by either the defence or the prosecution during the second trial as it was not relevant."

The further circumstances surrounding this video remain the subject of a separate criminal investigation.

This involved the arrest of a 22-year-old man, a 23-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman, all from Accrington, on suspicion of the false imprisonment and assault of a 22-year-old man.

They were released under investigation.

Mugshots are never the best pictures but he could just as easily be drugged up on medication in this pic as well as an evil interpretation, although evilness has certainly been part of this crime.

I totally agree. I would also like to point out that I didn't make the image of the photos side by side because I think he's involved in the other crimes, I was just doing it as a comparison because Skigh asked for it lol.
