Heartbreaking.

Thank you for the updates. It will be interesting to hear how social services came to be involved.

Thanks so much for the updates.
Horrific reading.
I imagine that poor little baby being in so much pain and suffering for hours and hours until he died.

The light going on and off in the bedroom that night wasn't LM (initials etd) being comforted IMO.
Heartbreaking

Hopefully their conflicting stories ( aka lies ) will trip them up even further - on top of the horrendous medical evidence.

A red flag for me is a youth practising martial sports involving powerful punches.
Violent and threatening a victim.

the fact he was even seen fighting physically with AM, a woman who could defend herself, so what was he doing to a defenceless 5 year old?

I wish they wouldn't call Cole his "stepfather". He's the mother's boyfriend.

We know this was not related to Logan so perhaps a check on the infant in Williamson's care. Something that instigated comments from Cole about the care benefits. :(

Or a check on the 'youth' who seemed to be in JC's 'custody'.

"The court heard that, on the afternoon of July 30, a social worker made an unscheduled visit to Cole and Williamson's address but was told she could not see Logan because he had tested positive for Covid-19 and was in self-isolation.

Caroline Rees said Williamson reported Logan as being 'a bit up and down'.

The social worker left after 20 minutes, following a conversation about claiming child benefit, tax credits and disability living allowance.

Not taking away from justice for Logan, I do hope more is revealed about Cole and the connection to the teen.

I recall very early that neighbors were surprised to learn the couple was engaged as Cole was viewed as an infrequent guest at Logan's home. At that time, it was suggested he maintained his own flat to claim his own housing and care benefits for his own [teen] ward. MOO

So the quote about the benefits and that Cole would "f-off now" is evidence from the social worker visit? What's that supposed to mean? Given that the attack started the day before was he threatening to leave her or just threatening in general? Why couldn't Logan come to a window or door even if he was covid positive? Is it correct to infer that the minor is Cole's son or is this out of bounds?

Just one more question. Are disability funds for children and adults?

I think he told the social worker to f*** off after asking her about the various benefits, which I presume were for the children in their care.
