A man wanted by police for seven years is understood to have been arrested after entering a newspaper's Win a Wedding competition.
Yesterday Vincent Condron, whose picture was seen by thousands of South Wales Echo readers when he appeared with his fiancee in the Win a Wedding supplement in June, was eventually back before a judge in Cardiff where a warrant had been issued for his arrest in 2007.
