I only know of one! Somehow the perp returned the child to the home after 4 days (police had the house cordoned off and unoccupied).

Maybe I am confused by terminology. In Scotland, looking at this building what is the lowest floor considered to be?

Is it Ground, 1st, 2nd & 3rd? Or is it 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th?

I would say ground, 1st, 2nd & 3rd. We live on the 2nd floor, we have 2 flats (apartments) below us, ground floor and 1st floor.

Loathe as I am to defend her, that wasn't quite as bad as it was made out to be. Yes she was insensitive but the person she was talking to was aware - it was a passerby/eavesdropper who wasn't. However that didn't excuse her general demeanour during the investigation.
