Hard to believe that it has already been 44 hours since he went missing.

I'm torn on this one. Know Edinburgh pretty well and CCTV would have caught someone if they walked through town with him. I lean toward custodial interference based on jacket and shoes and in no way do I think the child wandered off on his own. Also still considering stranger abduction....but......so puzzled. And on pins and needles watching the twitter feeds and news. Hope he is verified on CCTV somewhere soon with someone he knows- that's my best outcome to hope for.

Does anyone know how close the cameras are to each other on West Pilton Gardens? I wonder if the boy was picked up on any other cameras going that direction.

They did say he was running, running to something, running away from something/someone? I do believe though that it is a slim chance that the boy sighted was actually Mikaeel.
