Celtic Football Club board created a safe haven for Paedophiles at Celtic Boys Club in 1986.

They carried out an internal investigation in 1986 and said they found nothing. The whistleblower was forced out and threats of legal action against anybody raising concerns.

Below is a tweet from Andrew’s sister with a link to a newspaper article about some of what she’s gone through. It isn’t only supporters that want to silence victims and their families.
This is the SFA who supposedly carried out an inquiry into CSA within Scottish football, but managed to headhunt a man who worked and was friends with James Rennie, one of Scotland’s worst ever paedophiles, to head it. Families called the inquiry a whitewash.

The Celtic Boys Club swept it under the rug. A pattern that has happened in the past with Penn State, Roman Catholic Church, USA Gymnastics, Boy Scouts of America, BBC, Ohio State University, USC, Chicago Blackhawks, etc.

Exc: Understand that fresh allegations of sexual abuse against Celtic Boys Club have been raised in the group proceedings against Celtic Plc. Lawyers say that since the public notice was served, more survivors have come forward taking the number above 25.

Celtic accounts published recently failed to mention the liability of being sued by over 25 people. The companies AGM yesterday and not one mention or question about it. Focusing instead on referee decisions and a word used in an obituary.

It has been reported today that more than 30 victims have now come forward according to Thompson’s solicitors who are bringing the class action against Celtic.

A spokesperson for Thompsons Solicitors told The Scottish Sun more than 30 people are seeking damages.

Patrick McGuire, a partner with Thompsons Solicitors Scotland, said the class action had been strengthened by new claimants(now around 35). “I can confirm we have been approached by additional survivors of abuse at Celtic Boys Club who want to join the group,” he said. “Their experiences range from physical violence to disturbing conduct when they were in the showers, all the way through to some of the worst possible types of sexual abuse.

It is clear that a paedophile ring, operating at the heart of Celtic Boys Club, was responsible for decades of abuse against a horrifying number of boys and young men,” he said. “The abuse at the boys’ club was carried out on a near-industrial scale.”

An excerpt from a 1996 article:

Predator #1(face covered in pic) was first linked with allegations of indecency following a footballing trip to New Jersey, in the US, in 1991. Predator #1 resigned from his post on his return to Scotland, but denied any allegations and said he was leaving his post because of business pressures.

A predator was allowed to resign from his post in 1991 stating “business pressures” and police not notified, but he was then allowed to return and go away on another trip in 1993.

Survivor of abuse at Celtic, Gordon Woods has tweeted today that he’s had to protect his Twitter account due to a barrage of abuse and threats following cases reaching court in Scotland.

“Sadly I have decided I have to temporarily protect my account whilst the barage of intimidation and threats continues.”

Spotlight:

The SFA report into abuse in Scottish football was meant to be a well run investigation into what happened. Instead the report was run by an individual with links to a paedophile ring and the report missed massive amounts of information including four convicted Celtic officials.

Former Celtic Football Club chairman Kevin Kelly is a LIAR. He said he didn’t know about abuse at Celtic Boys Club until the 90s. Not only was he told about the abuse in 1986 - He and others cleared the paedophiles who continued to abuse. MUCH MUCH MORE ON KEVIN KELLY

Alex Thomson is a channel 4 journalist in the U.K.. Over 9 paedophiles working at one club. This is way beyond coincidence.

“Alex Thomson posted some time ago while investigating abuse in Scottish football that he was aware on 9 paedophiles operating at Celtic FC/Celtic Boys Club.

Spotlight now believes this number to be well short of the true figure.

An independent inquiry should be carried out.”
