It took the jurors of four men and four women more than eight hours to reach their verdict. Rossi will be sentenced on 20 October.

Rossi, who had previously been joking with his legal team, showed no emotion as the verdict was read out.
Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill said: "We are grateful to the survivor in this case for her willingness to come forward, years after this attack took place.
"We appreciate her patience as we worked to bring the defendant back to Salt Lake County so that this trial could take place and she could get justice.“

Rossi maintained his innocence in court on Monday, saying, "I am not guilty of this. These women are lying."

He was immediately sent to the Utah State Correctional Facility after his sentencing on Monday, per AP.

I recently watched a 30 minute mini documentary about this case on BBC iPlayer, (obviously there's a lot to pack in in just 30 minutes) and it was shown on UK TV in Sept 2024 (repeated Nov '24) so obviously filmed well before this verdict!
In it, his current wife is accompanying him about and what a very VERY strange man he is! Clearly INCREDIBLY intelligent, in an interview he's pretending he's Irish at one point!
