My heat goes out to Paul, I can’t begin to imagine the hell he’s in.
With some of the things that have been going on in terms of people turning up, ghost hunters, the works... I don't see much in it tbh. Just bad taste. Are you watching the Channel 5 program? Who left the bunch of flowers on the Bench? Is that not a little odd in a "Missing Person"?
If it was an anniversary maybe, but while they are still looking and there is still a chance she went off of her own volition? I find that odd?

I have just heard itMorning Nicola Bulley vanished was ‘different’ to others, partner Paul Ansell says as he reveals when panic set in
NICOLA Bulley’s partner Paul Ansell says that the morning of the mum’s disappearance had already felt “different” before she vanished. Paul sat down with Channel 5̵…www.thescottishsun.co.uk
Precisely. It's just another piece of information that's creating the bigger picture. She falls into the river right where she was actually sitting listening to a call, resting a little after a hectic morning? People are more likely to fall unintentionally when they are walking/running rather than staying in one place.Yes do you mean whilst she was listening to meeting, sitting on bench facing river?
But not necessarily criminalI don’t know why the police keep saying there’s “no evidence that anything untoward has happened” - NB is missing and there’s not a shred of evidence she went in the water - so yes there’s strong evidence something very untoward has happened.
I have on many occasions chased my dogs who are spaniels and enjoy chasing certain birds/ rabbits etc. I’ve never left a phone behind. A phone tends to go with you no matter what. I can see a situation in which a phone is next to you on a bench, on loudspeaker, and something unusual happens… you jump up and react. But spaniels are always on the move, always sniffing around and I don’t think the dog would be the cause of her leaving the phone.Do you not think she would have taken her phone with her whilst chasing after her dog? It would seem a rationale thing to do.
Snipped for clarity :Please bear in mind that this is The Sun and await confirmation..

I wouldn’t if I thought I’d only be a minute. Carrying it hand would mean one hand not free and putting in pocket could log you out of the call accidentally. Wouldn’t be surprised if left dog other side of gate for something quickly that the dog would be a pain in the backside around - like someone said if it was a stray chicken or something that the dog would chase/injure? Or she didn’t want the dog under her feet? Or the dog could be potentially injured - I can’t think whatDo you not think she would have taken her phone with her whilst chasing after her dog? Was that CCTV recorded at their home?Snipped for clarity :
The girls were having their breakfast and everything was pretty much ready to go. I came down, Nikki went upstairs to get ready.
"The routine is basically if Nikki is taking the girls and Willow, when I hear her come down, I'll get them in the car.
I thought the CCTV showed NB putting willow in the car?? JMO.
The Strava app is interesting.
NB’s account has a long history of activity on the same route. It’s very clear, and with photos.
The map that underlies the route seems to be an application labelled Mapbox that shows hundreds of qps tracking traces from presumably many people over time in that geographical setting. A handful of traces go into the river from the bench location.
Is this the sort of information that can be gathered as background traces from digital devices and which might inform the police in a more detailed way, and which might be relevant to their understanding of this case.
I’m no expert, but the Strava account shows it clearly.

He's saying things were a bit different that morning.Snipped for clarity :

That is a fair possibility, I agree. The reason she would have stood up will likely be related to the dog.I wouldn’t if I thought I’d only be a minute.
