Basically a Lorne, link or square sausage on a bread roll. Lol. Preferably with both brown and tomato sauce on top. Haha
Whit?

Sorry for the sausage OT!

Also, when they first searched his shop neither him or his wife were present, surely thats a search warrant so that means they must have some sort of evidence?

Yeah, I spose it depends what kind of 15 year old Paige was. She could have been mature for her age, I know I wasn't at 15.

I was reasonably mature at 15, not so much for travelling though, I tended to stay in my own hometown. Paige was a wee go getter in life which should be admired - fact is she should have been able to travel safely to wherever she was going with no harm. Hope They have the right person though imagine they have. Police Scotland are very good and am proud of the work they do - justice for Paige x

Maybe just assumed she was.

or maybe JL told him when AA asked him about Paige later that day... 'aye she was in buying a roll and sausage...'

All this roll and sausage chat is making me seriously hungry!

When I was 15 if i hadn't shown for work I know my mum would assume I had dogged it and was out drinking with my pals on a sunny saturday, but in retrospect my mum would never of allowed me to travel 15 miles on my own to work she's a bit overprotective. Still is!

I have a 15 year old and would never, ever assume she was out drinking with her friends!.......I never don't know where she is, and I'm not even crazy over protective. Or maybe I am since my 15 year old doesn't have a job.

When I was 15 thats what we did, run rogue and try and get some sort of alcohol if we could. Different times back then. I was though at 15 a bit of a wild child.

Don't really think its relevant what we did/our kids do at 15 tbh, I certainly don't want to criticise anybody in any way, point is this shouldnt have happened end of to any person nevermind a lovely teenage girl, kids grow and you cant keep check of their every move especially if something so monstrous like this happens

I just done that whole thing where you open the fridge, stare in and hope that what you want has miraculously made its way in there of its own accord - no such luck, not a square sausage in sight.

What I keep thinking is why Paige? if it was just a moment of madness? I have my suspicions but without proper confirmation of charges I don't want to jump to conclusions. However, the significance of looking into her 'lifestyle' is really standing out to me.

Yeap I do that trip several times a night, Going to be a late night tonight not even tired.

I just can't get my head around it either why her? From what I gather she was just like the usual 15 year olds in the area went out with her friends at weekends, loved her makeup and taking her selfies. Your average 15 year old nothing stands out to why she was targeted. So you're right why her? I don't think it was premeditated or planned seems to messy.

I have been vigilantly trying to keep up w/ this thread as it is happening so fast!

I feel like a silly American after reading about these rolls and until clarified upthread, thought they were donuts (too sweet for me at 8am, that's for sure)! [emoji13] Your rolls look much better!

I have so many thoughts running through my head about this case but most have been covered so far. I can say one thing stuck out to me about JL... I see he is a member of a motorcycle club. Looks that this MC was established last year but who knows how long they were around before officially declaring themselves an MC? IDK about the UK, but here in the states, MCs are pretty territorial and family-oriented (protect their own, if you will). Are any of you locals familiar w/ MC protocol in your area? Maybe Paige stepped on a few toes somehow?

No me neither! Saturday morning in broad daylight seems far too risky for anything planned and where Paige was found doesn't seem like a planned disposal site either. Could it be possible she was actually left elsewhere initially and the killer seen the appeals by her friends and family, which there were a lot of, and felt guilty so moved her closer to home to be found? I find it hard to believe she was there the whole time and it took until Monday to find her, just with how busy that area is and people in the local area already being aware of Paige's disappearance. Stranger things have happened though, Little Amber Peat was found in a hedge in a relatively busy area and search parties had been out searching.

mmm I couldn't be a 100% sure but I think over here in Scotland our MC clubs are less Sons of Anarchy-esque (much to their dismay) and more 'my engine is bigger than your engine'. Just guys meeting up to ride and compare bikes really.

I could be wrong but from his pictures he looks quite clean cut rather than a Hells Angel type of biker. so I'm not convinced he would be part of any kind of biker clan.

P.S the roll and sausage things seems to be a purely Scottish thing, so it threw some of us (non Scottish) Brits too lol.
