"Prince Andrew's future at Royal Lodge

'decided' as mystery benefactor 'revealed'.

Prince Andrew is believed to be staying at Royal Lodge thanks to a mystery benefactor,
and now one royal expert has suggested the person fronting the bills
could be within the Royal Family."

Yet the Mail and other papers have claimed for years that Charles wants him out. They need to make their minds up IMO

Lol!!
Charles spent the better part of two years on a very public campaign to force Andrew to leave RL.
Charles wouldn’t shut up about how he cut off Andrew’s security and his allowance.
What happened is that Andrew had money stocked away for a rainy day and Charles is super mad about it.
So now Charles is trying to take credit for Andrew staying at RL.
Charles is an idiot!!

IMO, the terms of the lease were strong, Charles was unable to evict Andrew.

To save face, either Andrew had a slush fund or Charles is backing him.

I’d bet on the slush fund myself.

Yes, he certainly is!

Look who is on the throne alongside him, enough said.

I would think it is more likely to be his son-in-law Edo, who is a billionaire or somesuch.

Yep.
After all, his mother-in-law lives there too.

"Rumours swirl that the fallen prince might write a book in desperate bid for money to stay at his 30-room mansion."

Who needs 30 rooms? What a pain to clean!

Also something tells me Andrew may be playing with fire here - he wouldn't want to have an unfortunate accident. MOO

Andrew might write a book - well, if Harry can, anybody can.

Yeah, I know.

In my opinion, Charles is behind it. He probably promised his mother to support Camilla as future queen, and, in exchange, he protected his brother whom he probably loathes, and the feeling is mutual.

Naturally, he had to show that he is against him, etc. etc. etc. because supporting openly would have been hugely unpopular.

I mean the queen isn't going to punish him from beyond the grave, so meh...he should absolutely toss him out unless there's something legal he signed

I doubt he signed anything legal, but he did love his mother, appears to be religious, and may be deeply grateful to her for what she did for him and Camilla. JMO

The revelation will heap new pressure on the palace to explain why in a recent finding Andrew’s source of funds, which he is using to support his ongoing occupation of his palatial home, Royal Lodge, were deemed legitimate.

A document found on the suspected spy’s phone said Andrew was in a “desperate situation and will grab on to anything.”

"Prince Andrew
facing grilling over links to Chinese 'spy'
who was 'invited to the shamed Duke's birthday party' - and has now been banished from the UK."
