UK - Prince Andrew accused of underage sexual relationship, 1999-2002 *settled* #2

What facts are you referring to about Andrew that you believe?

I wasnt referring to any facts as I have not read any depositions yet for obvious reasons. I just dont necessarily believe "scoops " sold to the tabloids when they can be embellished for money and I wouldnt want to judge anyone based on tabloid gossip especially of something like this.

And yet you’re judging these women for speaking out, saying they are lying and only wanting money. You are right about there being no facts that are known about Andrew at this time, whilst you’re siding with him and judging those women who’ve spoken up about their very personal experiences. Seems like a double standard imo.

The one who said Andrew was charming and that she sat on his knee of her own choice? her name is Johanna ;). I have to admit its the first time I have ever heard him called that :)

It’s not only negative things being written about him. His ex wife has gushed about Andrew. And one of JE’s workers, I believe it was the Juan Alessi, has said that Andrew tipped him — the first time he was ever tipped by someone who visited JE.

I am not siding with Andrew at all. That is so wrong and I have said over and over that he should tell the truth whatever it is. That doesnt mean I have to automatically believe stories from random women who sell their stories. That would be silly of me to do. If these women thought they had any evidence of Andrews behaviour logically they should go to the police and not go for the highest bidder which ultimately is wrong in another way imo. EG Cressida Dick has left her position here as head of SY. Its POSSIBLE but I doubt it that someone may order the files here to be looked at again and articles like that could be seen to interfere or predjudice any case with no evidence. Its kinda interesting you said that there are no facts at this time about Andrew :) Have a nice night ;)

YUCK!!

But apparently the Royal thought he should get "more" than just a massage because that was the way the previous massages with his pals JE and GM were like.
So, why shouldn't they be the same for his "personal" massage ??

Perv

That’s my line of thinking also. I think Andrew had become accustomed to the sexualized massages provided by JE and GM, and imo he began to expect the same “service” from every professional massage therapist as if it was his right. Really disappointing to think a member of the royal family is just a creepy and petty man. MOO.

Perhaps but like I said some see him as the victim....its not as one sided as you might think and I am not saying thats my opinion. Just...at the moment people see it as people coming forward for cash ...i think more will become interested when the depositions come out.

People see Andrew as a victim?? What would he be a victim of?

BBM & RSBM.

But this isn't normal. It's a 17 year old girl travelling thousands of miles from Florida to London, New York and USVI to have sex with a middle aged man, accompanied by her middle aged friends/employers. Why would anyone believe PA didn't know VRG was being sex trafficked?

Any normal person would think 'this isn't right', the warning signs were there.

Bulls eye! Particularly when he declared in his interview that he had experience/training in recognizing signs of abuse due to an organization he represented. And he also stated he never saw any young women/minors when he was present. Bogus.

I dont really want to go into that tbh and not saying thats my opinion or not as I dont want it to be twisted but not everyone believes Virginias claim and therefore believe he could be a victim for whatever reason

The other thing I would say tbh is she worked in a rich part of London. No I am not excusing it but...I would say it was pretty normal for her to hear the type of talk she allegedly heard from Andrew. The Hoorah Henry type people are just ugh

Still doubling down on the denial?

"He said, she said"...is that what this case will be?

If PA had not done the "train wreck" interview, I would give him more benefit of doubt. That interview was crazy.

to be honest at this point thats all it can be ...He said she said to be fair. He has no proof at what happened and neither does she as such although we can assume certain things from what we do know.

Let's hope the original photo will not get lost after all these "handings over".

the reality is the photo simply shows they met. Whatever did or didnt happen afterwards its pretty damn obvious they did at least meet so I dont really get that..

Why are things never simple?!

So VR is saying she doesn’t know where the original is… although she leaked it originally to the press. It may apparently have been given to the FBI. Meanwhile, Victoria Harvey is saying it was faked and an Irish guy was used as the body double!

It’s a shame because the integrity of the photo lends integrity to the claims generally in my opinion. I would be v happy for VR to find the original, if only to prove that point.

I think VR has to find it first, if I’m understanding correctly.

I think she said in that weird deposition that it was in her nephews house in Australia or something.

All things connected to JE/GM are weird to put it mildly.

- JE unfinished trial b/c of his death
- GM unfinished trial/ possible retrial
- the never ending story of the photo.

From the article

She also said that she had previously handed the photo over to the FBI who conducted an investigation into Maxwell and Epstein.

When contacted by, DailyMail.com the FBI declined to comment on whether it had seen the photograph, or on whether there was an active investigation on-going into Prince Andrew.

However, in January, the Daily Beast cited a 'source in Virginia Giuffre's camp' saying that 'they did not know whether Giuffre still has the original of the photo, or whether the original photograph even still existed.'

Hmm ok...
