And we didn't see that. At least at this point.

Andrew is a Royal. Even with his personal protection records being unavailable, there's a royal calendar and I find it very difficult to believe that Andrew would not have access to that, in addition to his personal diary. Even without specific dates, time frames could be checked.

to be honest....compared to other members of the Royals hes never really done a lot of events anyhow although I suppose back then Harry and William were younger so not doing so many either. Putting it another way hes never really been a full time Royal family member doing "service"

I don't understand Andrew's attorney asking for Virginia to specify a date, week, month or year. Andrew apparently knows for certain what night he went to Pizza Express. The flight logs have been available for awhile now and gives a good indication of when Andrew was on the same flight as Virginia. The Court Circular gives a very good record of the US locations Andrew was in and comparing the flight logs to the Court Circular gives insight of Andrew's close proximity to where Epstein's plane was located. Surely, his attorneys could have someone on their team compare those records to narrow down the time frame. Though if I am not mistaken, out of Epstein's 3 pilots only one pilot's flight records have been made public ?
It is soooo tiring to watch these silly "hide and seek" games.
Such a waste of lawyers' and Court's time.
I hope he is paying with his own money.

I just searched the Court Circular from January 2000 to January 2011 - there are 377 pages of official activities for Andrew. Up until the time of his stepping back from public service, Andrew has been considered a "working" senior royal since he retired from the Navy. He was the UK International Trade Envoy from 2001 to 2011, he was patron of 200 charities, and founder of Pitch@Palace - just to name a few of his non "service" activities.

IMO this is appearing to be more of a stall tactic by PA’s attorney.
We’ll see what the judge rules.

377 pages in 11 years? his sister does more than in a year to be fair. Yes I know about Pitch and Palace and the Trade Envoy position Prince Andrew to stand down as UK trade envoy - BBC News

The events listed in the Court Circular are both public events and when they have a meeting or attend a business lunch with someone regardless if the meeting/lunch is at Buckingham Palace someplace in London or during one of their away from London business trips/tours.

I finally watched this whole interview. Thought I’d post it if anyone cares to watch. He does talk about some specific days with excuses in this.

I wonder if the Judge denies the agreement, will PA have the right to appeal?

If Yes, this case might drag into infinity.

Prince Andrew: Emily Maitlis on the TV interview that is 'critical' to sexual assault case
Prince Andrew: Emily Maitlis on the TV interview that is 'critical' to sexual assault case

It is more than two years since I sat down with Prince Andrew in a Buckingham Palace ballroom and posed questions that seemed almost too surreal to ask.

It is two years since the world heard his defence - about a birthday party in Woking, a trip to Pizza Express, and his inability to sweat - and shook a collective head, trying to work out what any of it meant. At the time, the specifics seemed almost comical. They spawned memes and riffs, quiz-show questions and stand-up routines. But now, suddenly, they feel deadly serious.

Right now a New York judge is deciding whether to allow Virginia Giuffre, the Jeffrey Epstein trafficking victim, to pursue her civil case against the prince. The answers the duke gave Newsnight in 2019, and the rest of his testimony to me that day, form a critical part of this landmark legal case. Ms Giuffre is suing the prince, claiming he sexually assaulted her when she was 17 - and a minor under US law. The duke denies the allegations.

In a hearing by teleconference today, Prince Andrew's lawyer argued a 2009 settlement - between Virginia Giuffre and Jeffrey Epstein - made it impossible for Ms Giuffre to take the case against the duke any further. Her lawyers argued the allegations against the prince were not covered by the 2009 deal. The judge, who said he appreciated the "arguments and passion" over the settlement - whatever that means - did not deliver his decision on whether the case should be thrown out or proceed, promising only to give that "pretty soon".

The article continues at the link... I don't understand the point of this article other than to say how the interview came about and they met with him before the interview.

42s

Kaplan also noted a very specific allegation in the complaint: "During this encounter, Epstein, Maxwell, and Prince Andrew forced Plaintiff, a child, to have sexual intercourse with Prince Andrew against her will."

The judge quips that there was no lack of clarity about "intercourse," at least "since someone else was in the White House."

While considering the victims and hoping that all other "pertinent, popular, rich men involved" get accused/ named, I feel PA will be the only one.
However, I really enjoyed this article and the writer's style --
pretty much sums it up for me :p
Thanks for sharing !!

Why haven’t all the others been named? I’m not that “up” on the case but although Andrew is getting all the headlines, surely there are many, many other famous men involved in this?

Surely Virginia must know the names. I’m just confused as to why Andrew is the only one (or was there another, a lawyer maybe?) she is pursuing. Or at least the only one making the newspapers. Sorry if I sound a bit thick :D

I agree VG and other girls know names.
Their fear overtakes them, IMO

Heck, I have 3 best friends from jr high, who later in life (after we had kids) told me about SA and rape from either family member, family relative or family friend.
This was years later, after it happened.
They were too afraid to tell anyone.
And these rapists /family/friends are NOT rich, famous or powerful.
Just everyday people.
So, if they were afraid to tell anyone in our small little community, imagine, trying to tell people that someone rich and famous did something horrific like this to you.
While it never happened to me, I GET IT !!!
I understand the fear of telling anyone as I saw the fear in my friend's eyes and the self loathing.
