That article was yesterday though. They've been back there today. They could have found something today. They're being tight lipped about what has been found apparently. Whether it's nothing or something I don't know.

Cadaver maybe? Sniffer dogs are usually used to detect drugs, substances and blood. Doesn't sound good at all though does it.

I just thought calling them sniffer dogs was cute. Yes, they are sniffing to find scents of something. I'm curious if they were being used to get Becky's scent and attempt to follow it out of the house or if the dogs were kept only inside the house? And, also if the dogs were regular "sniffing" dogs or cadaver dogs. Maybe we'll find out with the press conference.

Just had a quick look on the official facebook page for the co ordination of the searches for her. Nothing re press conference on there as of yet.

They are saying she took her black iphone 5 with black case and laptop. No tablet

Apparently they are using Spaniels, so could be either * sniffer* dogs or * cadaver * dogs and they are being used both inside and outside the house...

Yes, I did read that there's police on foot and on horses. Also knocking on doors.

More information on dogs

Today sniffer dogs were seen being led to the back of the house into the garden by officers wearing blue and white overalls.

The spaniels were taken from a large white van parked outside the family house in Bristol and could also be seen going in and out of the house throughout the afternoon as the search intensified.

There has been more activity outside the house throughout today as three large police vans turned up and officers wearing Welsh police uniforms emerged.

As yet it is not known why the Welsh officers have been brought into the investigation.

I love seeing that LE is doing so much to find Becky. I really hope she's missing on her own accord and that everyone can complain after she's found safe how tax payer money was wasted searching for her. Find your way home, Becky!

I thought exactly the same! Sounded too put on & fake. People handle things differently under stress I understand that but it's just not convincing at all to me! Just my opinion of course!

Press conference due

It is being reported that Avon and Somerset Police have called a press conference for 3.30pm today.

This news comes after police sniffer dogs were seen going into the house where Becky disappeared from.

According to reporters on the ground in Bristol, the conference has been called to give updates on the investigation to find the missing girl.
