I haven't seen anything where Shauna says Nathan used her phone to send particular texts - can you add a link please?

Will look when there's a break in court tweets

See post #93 for texts. It was SH that said she hadn't sent them and that NM must have lent her phone to someone else which doesn't look good for her atm

I wonder if they showed her the actual texts

  • #103
I wonder why they never show what SH before his reply at 12.58 "'F*** you bring me back two pretty schoolgirls then :) ..." and why does he joke about two?

This may not be a full list of all the texts. It's taken from early on in the trial and I may have missed some

Court hears that 17 out of 38 sex websites viewed on NM's phone had sthg to do with "teens". He says participants were all 18+.

What does it mean when it says teen?means 18 or you have the fantasy aspect of it, school girls but they have to be 18 to be on the website.

That's why I asked the question, as I'm unsure. I remember reading something about SH saying that NM had used her phone or lent it to someone else who must have sent certain texts. I was asking if these were the texts it referred to. So far, I can't find a link, so I think it might have been on a WS thread. Will add source if I find one, but I was actually asking to find out the answer myself!

Thanks. I remember seeing these before but remember then wondering what she'd said for him to reply FU and then bring me home two schoolgirls. I can accept that he's joking and really wasn't asking her to do it and that in the other text she wasn't really going to knock them out and bring them home but for either text to be funny (to them) it relies on them both knowing that one or both of them fancy schoolgirls and that both are ok with that. They both understand the unmentioned context behind the joke.

Think it was in the SH interview from 7th May

It was only yesterday or the day before we heard I think. Either tweets or a video. I'm thinking tweets but could be wrong.

A key question, IMO. If they didn't then I can understand an innocent SH not connecting those texts to a kidnap plot, especially as she's clearly joking in them (unless she actually does own a time machine). My guess is they didn't show them to her as they're so obviously from her that there would be little point in her denying them.

In relation to text messages sent Dec14 "I did not send text messages." Either NM sent the text messages or gave my phone to someone else

Or could be that they later did show her them and she changed her mind once seeing the actual texts. If she's seen the texts and still denies sending them that's a different story and one I'm not buying.

Sorry, I couldn't help but laugh at the 'Tulisa' comment. Won't post it as I know someone else is doing that.

She doesn't seem to be aware this is a conversation BETWEEN their two phones - NM can't have sent both the original text message and the answers to himself! Suggests she didn't know the content of the texts.

I agree, if she denied sending them after being shown them she's obviously lying.

Lawyer asks what was his state of mind in first interview? How were you feeling? NM is tearful, says "I don't know,I can't remember"

that is what he is still doing. that is why it isn't making sense still.
