I agree that Shauna's QC is streets ahead of Nathan's, but I'm not convinced he has done quite enough to defend Shauna, although I know he hasn't finished yet.

I think he's trying to say they only liked threesomes where the girl consented, but his argument about a teenager (Becky) not agreeing not working, is silly because they had hand cuffs and a stungun so it didn't really matter to them if she agreed.

Not sure but I don't think so. I thought she (unnamed witness) was SH's friend who she lived with when they were younger. I sort of assumed they would be a similar age. IIRC The threesome was at the start of 2014 so if that is the case, then no, not a teenager

wait til he gets to the bit about using the red bucket for 3 days, buying the clingfilm and forgetting to get packing boxes, finding the toilet out of order after Nathan had been OUT working with a friend, sending him a text about that "work LOL", watching the Disney spoof while Becky was laying in her bathtub, sleeping like Sleeping Beauty, wearing the DIY facemask, not using her freezer to put away the frozen shopping, needing a lift home from 2 men after midnight on 23rd/24th when their car was just outside, not letting the police in to search CML on 23rd, not mentioning Becky to her Mum, ....or is he going to miss all that out I wonder?

Not just using the red lego bucket (ewww gross,I'll never look at one in the same way again)but on the morning of the 20th she didnt notice if the toilet was broken as she didnt go to the toilet in the morning.

I think she probably put the rubber gloves and helped. There was layer after layer after layer, it would have took ages... so many layers they had to go and replenish stocks.

That's a good point. It takes ages to wrap presents using just one layer of paper on a dry, clean object. And those are nice, fun objects - boxed toys for example. I can't imagine it would be easy to be wrapping up body parts of a relative. Wouldn't a person have to keep stopping to vomit??

When I have had pet cats run over and killed in the past, I have struggled to pick up their bodies, even when it has just happened. There is something scary (to me at least) about something being dead. I couldn't even view the body of a friend who had committed suicide when I was in my 20's. I drove up to the place where he was, prior to the funeral, but couldn't even go into the building. I couldn't face seeing a dead body. So trying to imagine what he actually did, makes me think it would take a very long time - for all sorts of reasons.

Also, we've spoke of the bathroom being DNA free - it must also have been free of salt and cat litter. They did an amazing clean up job considering that must have been the first bit of cleaning that was done in their house for years.
